Great for kids to run off steam. My daughter loves it, but it's not somewhere I like to spend time. So loud and hot. They have handled covid well though. Staff wearing masks, making it only so many people aloud in at a time

This is such a great place for parents, grandparents and kids. The staff are amazing. They all smile to greet you no matter how busy they are and how noisy it is. Food is fresh and nicely presented. The equipment is wonderful for the kids. Totally safe and interesting. A noisy but fun experience. Most enjoyable!

Great place. Gets busy because it's reasonably priced. They have a good café set up with little meal deals for the kids. Regularly go here. Shuts at 5. They have private parties weekend afternoons so if advise you check.

A lovely environment with the most amazing staff. Myself and my son Alfie visit regularly and we always have a lovely time. The facilities are excellent, It’s clean and has a nice selection of things to play on and with. The coffee and snacks are great for and the service is fast and friendly. Thank you Lynsey and all the girls who make Cocos so good!

Really impressed with the layout. Easy to keep an eye on your children as well as letting them run around and have fun. Not too crowded and we'll set up for kids. Staff very friendly and helpful. Prices very reasonable and a great place for kids to have fun.

A large play area for kids of all ages, including an area for football and basketball. There is a small patio area outside which is great for those sunny days. Not a lot of seating for parents whilst the children are playing and there is only a single toilet for male and female so may have to wait but all in all a great place for the kids to have fun.

This place is a little godsend, normally take 2 grand daughters, but yesterday took grandson aged 2 and grand daughter aged 5. The play area is split into 2 parts, one for smaller childen and the other obviously for bigger children. It is the best soft play area we have been to with the children. You can literally sit and relax and let the kids run free. It is reasonably priced at 3.95 per child and adults are free. The food is reasonably priced and the toilets and sitting srea are always kept clean. There is no time restrictions, you can stay for 30 mins or all day if you want. The staff are always polite and helpful.

We have been bringing our children here for 8 years and couldnt recommend it enough. Staff are pleasant and child friendly. Food is fresh and reasonably priced. Play area is clean and easy to see your little ones whilst playing. Both of our childrem have had parties here and as parents we did not have to do anything. The staff did everything. They go above and beyond to make sure your child has the best birthday. Will be gutted when they grow out of going!!!

As clean as you get for these places which are essentially germ breeding grounds and only as clean as the filthiest kid in there. Friendly staff and reasonably priced entry and refreshments. The problem of big fat ugly older kids in the baby/toddler area is annoying but that is the lazy parents fault, not the staff.

Very friendly staff and the kids had a brilliant time. Definitely suitable for ALL AGES. My children are 2 (boy) and 8 (girl). There's a designated 'baby play area' as well as two main areas. The food and drink is brilliant as well and... best of all, therewp was no time limit.

My little boy is 18 months old and he had a wonderful time here. We will definitely be visiting again. It's for fantastic facilities for all ages and it's such a reasonable price, even the food provided is not expensive. Really a gem!

Excellent little play centre. Thought it was a bit pricey for the little toddlers until I realised the size of there climbing part and was very pleased. Clean and tidy place and will be going back before end of our stay on Lady Heyes.

My son had his birthday party here and I would without hesitation recommend, the staff are absolutely fantastic and great with the children, I would like to give a special mention to Lindsey who not only helped organise our sons party but 4 weeks after his party and us visiting again, remembered us and greeted our son by name which in my eyes is customer service at its finest! Thank you once again, and we will continue to visit.

Lovely, friendly staff. At a party we realised our boys had been given ham sandwiches and pork sausages. I went to buy something for them but the staff freely made up cheese sandwiches with Babybels to go with them. It's not a big thing, but the easy understanding is appreciated.
