Excellent service and very happy with your friendly staff and professional repair service provided. I had recently been to a different company and experienced terrible problems with my dentures. After they were repaired l went on holiday and had problems with my dentures again. After only 5 days I needed them repaired again. I decided to choose another company and contacted the Hive Dental Laboratory they identified the problem and were very professional. My denture now feel like new. Many thanks

The team at the Hive fixed my broken denture within an hour on the same day I took it to be repaired. The service I received was outstanding from first contact to receiving my mended denture. There is no evidence of the fracture at all, it feels smooth & fits like a glove. It’s as if nothing happened! A special thank you to Simon for his excellent work & also Emily who was so kind to organise this for me. Sandy was a lovely welcoming face on reception too & extremely helpful. Absolutely fantastic service from this supportive and efficient company. I was having real trouble getting my mum's denture breakage repaired due to her being a care home resident and having poor mobility. I tried a number of dental practices who wouldn't come out to the care home or if they did, they needed to take the teeth to their lab for a number of days. The Hive came to the care home premises and did the repairs in their fully equipped van in 30 minutes. This meant that they did not need to come into the home thus avoiding any Covid measures. They were also totally understanding and sympathetic of the situation. Prices were so much more reasonable than all the other practices also. I cannot commend enough. I have recommended them to the Care Home for future residents. An excellent find.

I phoned the Hive Dental Laboratory regarding a repair to my wife’s denture the response was outstanding they organised a time to pick them up and to return them when complete within a hour of the repair on the same day, Mike the dental technician who picked them up who carried out the repair was very polite very helpful and very professional dedicated to his job, because of that my wife and I would not hesitate to use the Hive Dental Laboratory Bournemouth again there secretary was very helpful and very polite when I phoned thank you all.
