J.Really happy to recommend Nandoff Data Recovery, Mark is a really nice guy who was able to recover all of my saved data from my old back up drive that had become crook by purchasing a second hand drive and using its parts to resuscitate it and recover its data. This all took a little while but Mark's communication was spot on throughout. The cost for this service is my opinion is very reasonable. Mark is kindly keeping an eye out for parts for a second non functioning old drive I have and I will be recommending him to any friends and family who require data recovery. Thanks again Mark

As it needed a new internal part, Mark was recommended to me as he has a lab where the internal work can be carried out. D. H.Mark did a brilliant job of recovering all the data off my hard drive. A couple of people had already looked at it for me and told me the platters were far too damaged to retrieve anything (including PC world). A friend recommended I try Mark because he specialises in this kind of thing. Many companies charge you up front if your hard drive has already been opened (which mine had), whether they recover your data or not. Mark didn't charge anything upfront, he said if he didn't recover anything useful then there was no charge. I did have to post my hard drive to him so there was postage to pay. I thought it was going to be a waste of time but Mark didn't just recover the bits that were special to me, he recovered everything. As well as the cost of recovery i also had to pay for a memory stick to put the data on but now I've got it I can reuse it. From me sending the hard drive to Mark and getting it back only took a few days.I've now passed his details to a couple of friends who need the same help. I hope never to need Mark's service again as I've got everything backed up to the cloud, and I'll never ignore laptop warnings again. I'd totally recommend the service, it was quick, professional and Mark didn't make any promises he couldn't keep.
