Nice venue for weddings. There is a Holiday Inn very close by so it is perfect for guests who might be from out of town. Outside catering is allowed - ample parking and friendly staff.

We were there unfortunately for a funeral tea but couldn't fault anything accomadated everyone's needs including family member with dietary needs within minutes staff very efficient and spotlessly clean

I was there for training, it was a good setting for the training, no distractions. My only complaint is....there was supposed to be tea, coffee, hot water for a cuppa before starting thete was only coffee or coffee🙁 Just wondered where the tea and hot water went 🤔

Excellent facilities throughout. Food very well presented and great selection of options available. A buffet lunch was provided with more than enough for all present. Coffee times also provided a good selection of biscuits and pastries. Would highly recommend this venue for meetings, conferences or indeed social gatherings.

Lively building could do with a wee bit of cosmetics jst to modernize it abit bar that staff seam helpful an polite, space is good sized in areas, not much more I can say only visited it for covid19 appointments an gont really fault it parking is not bad to but would of expected it to be bigger an more practically layed out.

Very nice physical environment. Veggie food very thin on the ground and desperately undercooked. Raw vegetables are not welcome in a curry guys. Afters very nice and catering staff lovely.

We had our work Christmas do here at the party night 20th Dec.The food was very good with the starter and pudding being served to you but the main was in a buffet style.Disco was great as well-the DJ was a good laugh and played lots of different styles to keep most people happy.Really enjoyed the night and would go back.

We weren't allowed to throw food items at customers and the waiters heated us and served everyone else at least 20 minutes before us. They even tried to sell us chicken liver which I am allergic to and the person next to me had it and I was sick all night. Please fix thanks.

Attended a friend's wedding here. Absolutely beautiful inside. Very well maintained and has an upper class feeling to it. Good parking facilities too.

Not as good this time when I stayed over. Confusion over room booking caused me to not have one, after trying one.double bed room that wasn't accessible I was prepared to just go home. However the night manager got me a room, but he didn't disclose why it hadn't been available. I only found that out in the morning when I commented to staff member at checkout desk how the room was smelly as in a no. 2. Apparently the bathroom had flooded into bedroom. No wonder I was sensing wiffy smell and not in a good way. They had washed the carpet but it was a strong odor and if I'd know exactly what had happened the night before I would of chosen to go home rather than stay in a smelly bedroom. Where I thought someone had had an accident recently and the hotel had attempted to clean the carpet in the bedroom.
