Felt very nervous going for the first time but I really didn’t need to be, the staff made me feel very welcome & explained everything & also others using the lab were very helpful, telling me what to expect & sharing their experiences. Once I finally relaxed & started to enjoy it & will definitely go again. 😊

I love going for a session at the cryo lab as very professional from start to finish. I was interested in this for a while as I enjoy all the cold therapy and adding this to my repertoire only makes me feel like the ultimate in male specimen that can stand the cold to these exact temperatures. It starts off with a bit of banter with the guys in reception and robert being the host with all the information regarding safety at hand, the sleeked back hair gives the impression of not unlike a mitch Buchanan ready and pencid keeping a tight ship. Once everyone has got changed into the gear provided like thermal socks, hair band to cover the ears, shorts and thermal slippers your ready for an artic blast of vapour The chamber is where the action happens as you watch the machine drop to the beneficial temperature that wee question on your mind suddenly appears "of should I really being doing this " but all is taken care of with the detailed knowledge of robert as he tells you what is likely to happen so finally you stand there like a parachutist waiting for the green light on a tandum dive as the door opens cold vapour rushes out not unlike you've gone back stage at a kings of leon concert. You go in with 4 or 5 other guys and brace the cold for 3 minutes a clock is counting down with accompanied your as cold as ice music so you can keep moving, it's very exhilarating and you find your boyance being in those cold temperatures Its enjoyable and great to go with a friend.

It’s winter, I was looking to build up my immune system, to try to avoid coughs and colds. So far, I’ve been to four sessions. The therapy leaves me feeling energised. I do hit classes, at times parts of my body ache for up to three days after training. Cryotherapy takes away all the aches and pains straight away. Recovery time is so quick.

This place is amazing, I do a lot of cold water and ice treatments but this chamber has let me train through loads of injuries and also heal them, Robert the manager is fantastic and he really looks after you, the service is outstanding, there is no price on your health and well being and this not only heals your body but it's also amazing for the mind and stress relief.
