Had appointment for my daughters fit to fly test today and I can’t paradise the service we received enough. We arrived early but got taken right away gentleman on the door helpful and friendly and the you man processing my daughters details super helpful especially when she couldn’t get the email to load on her phone everything went like clockwork. The test itself was done in minutes by a lovely healthcare assistant and as stated when I booked result was received with in the hour . Excellent.

We chose the express 1 to 3 hour option and were in and out within 4 minutes. The results were sent to us after an hour and it was so seamless and quick and pain free. Totally recommend.

I booked online RT PCR for my son which was required for air travel. On the day of the test I reached the centre a bit early but they took the sample without making us wait. Also, they upgraded our test to rapid one and gave the results in 3 hours. The whole process was really smooth and got the results much in advance. Highly recommended.

The testing and other things once I'm inside the building is quick and straightforward, the team is very professional and cheerful too, the only pain-point is huge waiting queues, even if you have an appointment you will be asked to join a huge queue that winds around the building. I mean the point of booking an appointment is to reduce such long queues and waiting times, if someone is subjected to be in such queues even after booking a time slot, what's the need for it?(I waited for 1hour 20 minutes to get my test done in the queue) This mismanagement could be improved to give better experience to people who are visiting for their tests, not only does it help the visitors but also your team to organise and test properly. Please make the process easier and help the community, it's not to make business out of someones need.

The recent reviews on here appear to be mostly from the first weekend post restrictions which is understandable, we queued 1.5hrs for boosters the same week due to surge in demand. This weekend, Sun 19th, short queue, very well managed by the doorman and enough room to distance inside too. Appointment was 1:20 for antigen test, arrived 5min early, was checked in, tested and back outside on my way by 1:35, results by email at 2! Staff were busy but professional, friendly, clear and good hygiene by all - could see and hear the changing of PPE and cleaning of chairs between customers. Would use them again 👍

Seemed well organised for click and collect..... literally took 5 mins. Arrived Friday night returned kits 11.30 Saturday and results by 6am Sunday. I was worried but this worked really easily for us and was by far the best option.i chose click and collect. Easy to park, one person in front in queue as separate queue from those getting tested in clinic. Make sure you read the small print on others....options. Some wouldn't let you return test till the Monday due to posting weekend etc or wouldn't send out till Day 2 !!!

Was worried due to all the mentioning of queues, however for us it was very fast. We had a slot booked at 9, arrived at 8.45 and were allowed in the building immediately. Two people in front of us, then they checked our order and registered our kits (5'-10'). Allowed immediately into a booth where the sampling was very gently performed. If you have any medical issue or worry, I think it's worth mentioning and they will pay extra care. In total took maybe 20' Due to travel restrictions for the country we were going to, we had booked for 12h express results. 4 hrs post test we had our results. Overall very positive experience.

My husband and I went to the test centre yesterday for our Day 2 PCRs and after reading the negative reviews we were a bit nervous as to what we would find however, when we arrived, there were only a handful of people waiting and signs indicating appointments to queue on the left and to queue on the right for click and collect. I must say, it was well organised and our tests were done very quickly by friendly staff (all the 12 + cubicles were manned by staff). Randox have kept me informed by email about the progress of our tests and I feel a 5 star rating is deserved.

Very friendly staffs and efficient service. Went on Friday afternoon, no waiting time at all. I had an extra form to be filled for my PCR result due to Japanese government restrictions, but they were so understanding and filled it for me without any issue. Thank you very much.

Went for a click and collect test. Picked it up January 8th at 5:30pm without any problems, no queue, very friendly staff who patiently answered any questions and even gave directions for nearest train station to the next customer. Returned sample on a Monday afternoon (4pm), and got test result 9am next morning (home kits say "next day after return at the latest in the evening", so expectations exceeded). I think there was a crazy period in December with some problems due to sudden high demand, but in total I personally only had good experiences (this was my second time using them).

Very good service. My test tested inconclusive and they arranged another test for me. It should have been a stressful situation as I could have missed my flight. However Randox was very hassle free in organising retest and as results came very quickly I was able to make my journey. Thank you for your service.

I was the second person in the queue and was out and tested in 10 minutes, staff very friendly and helpful. I got my test done at 2pm and had the results (for a 24hour test) by 10am the next day so I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again!

Absoulutely amazing service. I was so so anxious about there being a queue so I showed up 30 mins early. Not a single soul in sight. So the kind woman at the front told me I could go in early for my appointment. The entire process was so fast and easy- done in about 6 mins. I went in at 12:40 and got my antigen results back at 13:05. Literally took every single ounce of stress I had away. Thankyou so much

You can be tested for covid19 before leaving the country. There are not many people and there are many rooms for the examination, so you can take the examination in a relaxed and kind manner even if you deviate a little from the reservation time.

Morning appointment for pre-departure antigen test, arrived 10 mins before appointment, was in and out in just under 20! Queue moved quick and everyone wore masks and sanitiser readily available. Super friendly staff checking in as were the people administering the tests. Test taken at 9.10 and results via email arrived by 9.45!

I totally understand the bad reviews (I seen the queue) however I picked up my test with no hassle and no queue and dropped it off again with no queue. If you are happy to do it yourself then randox were excellent, results back in under 24hrs, will use them again.

Booked PCR 12-14hrs for 08:40 today arrived 20 minutes early. Quick registration and test, in and out in ten minutes - result arrived in under three hours! Brilliant and pleasant service 👍

I'm confused about the bad reviews, I had an appointment at 2pm today for a PCR test, given the reviews mentioning the very long queue I arrived half an hour early. No queue at all, I had my test at 1:40pm. I chose the result on the same day option and got them about 3 hours after the test. And the staff were very friendly. Thank you!

Traveling during the Covid 19 pandemic has been very challenging. The UK rules were the easiest by far. This gentleman at Randox on Howard Street in Glasgow is a star. He made our Day-2 and PCR Test experiences for our onward journey to Dubai a lot less painful, mentally. We were delighted by his friendliness, professionalism and humour. No wonder, his colleagues were as warm and efficient. Great folks like them make Glasgow!
