Booked a blood test on the Wednesday afternoon for my 7year old He had it the following day and the results came via email in the friday morning. I hadn’t paid for the doctors report but I had been concerned about something in particular and a doctor had forwarded a reassurance that everything was ok. Had my appointment for a full medical here on Monday. Everything went very straight forward from the moment I entered I was welcomed by the lovely reception staff , sat down in the waiting area (I was a little early). Then bang on 10 o'clock when my appointment was scheduled Dr Ghosh called me through. All details and forms were filled in with my bloods etc by the Wednesday so I could get them forwarded to my employer. A very quick turnaround and have used the medical centre before for covid testing and have never been let down. Will certainly use again when required. Thanks

I had a fantastic skin consultation and facial with Natalie last week. The appointment included a skin scan, which Natalie talked me through before advising me on the ways I should be looking after my skin (one of them being daily use of SPF - which I have done religiously since leaving my appointment). The products used on my skin were beautiful and the treatment was very relaxing. Very glad I booked in as I’ve come away much better informed about my own skin and how to look after it. Would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, I am not very good with anything medical as so nervous. I had a long over due full women screening check. I have to say Kim who did the medical was absolutely amazing and kept me calm through the process, so professional and reassuring. For someone who suffers white coat syndrome as I do this is definitely the place to go. Received my results from Dr Ghosh who went through everything thoroughly and answered my concerns, making the few changes he advised this is the best I have felt in years, more positive outlook on my general health and life. Total experience was easy from the first phonecall. Ciara in reception was understanding and explained everything about the appointment and what I would receive. The place is easy to find with plenty of parking around. The appointment was on time and flowed through all the test. They told me my results would be available within 48 hours and they were. Covid test pre-travel was pricey but a fast, efficient process with a friendly nurse. I received my [negative] result in just over 24 hours and was updated on progress along the way, eg. when the sample was despatched to the lab and when it was received). The best thing about the whole experience though was the astonishing faux Jacobean waiting room at the back of the building! ): UPDATE: the clinic has now moved to a fancy new building with no Oak Room or minstrel’s gallery!

From the initial telephone call requesting an urgent meeting I was dealt with professionally and at the same with a relaxed and friendly tone. I was given a rapid appointment slot unlike The NHS which would be a wait up to 2 weeks, from a call late Monday afternoon I was slotted in for half hour Tuesday (early afternoon the next day) I arrived and was impressed by the layout of the modern facility. A nurse took me for a health screen before seeing Dr Arun Goush and she made sure my height, weight, blood pressure etc were all checked. I then saw Dr Goush and just like the rest of the staff there, he obviously leads by example. He was friendly, calm and very supportive of my needs. I felt confident discussing issues, there was no judgement, Dr Goush just wanted to help and tailor the help to my personal needs. This he did and I rate his patient support as ten out of ten. No NHS doctor would take the time to be thorough, supportive and focused on the right outcome as he was. I didn't always agree with private G.P services, thanks to my socialist father, however I am so happy with the service I received from Goush Medical Practice on Rodney Street in Liverpool that to go back to The NHS when I don't have to, would not be in the best interests of my health. I rang to ask for the earliest appointment they had available for a smear test because I was overdue and they managed to get me in, in less then 24 hours. When I arrived at ghosh the receptionist was welcoming and friendly and I was seen withing around 5 minutes, no waiting. The lady Kim who did my smear was absolutely lovely and put me at ease the moment I walked in, she was quick and very professional and any questions I asked she was happy to answer. I booked a same day, day 2 Covid PCR test and it all went very smooth. Ghosh was nice enough to postpone my appointment by 1.5 hour as I couldn’t get there on time. The staff and Dr. Ghosh were very nice and polite. I took the test at 11:50 and the results came at 20:00 the same day. That said and the fact that compared to the other rapid PCR options elsewhere (£120-200) their price of £75 was more than reasonable I can honestly recommend them.

I must say this is one of the best experiences with a clinic that I ever had! I booked 2 blood tests (one for my 5 year old and one for my 20 months old) and both the doctor and the nurse were so kind, they both did everything they could to collect the blood with the minimum of pain or stress. I received the results in less that 48h and the doctor was very supportive and he did explained me what the results were saying. I would totally recomend this clinic to anyone. And the last thing I want to mention is about the way the clinic looks. So nice and welcoming place, clean and quiet.

Unfortunately the results didn’t arrive on time but staff rectified this by offering a refund after we’d explained the impact this had on our return. Despite this I would use Gosh again because of the attentiveness of the staff and confidence I have that this issue was a one off.

I was a little nervous about the whole experience but it couldn't have been smoother. On a rainy day in Liverpool, I was (on time and) allowed in immediately upon arrival, shown to the waiting room, where I didn't need to wait because Dr. Ghosh opened his door as I passed. I took my grandad here to help him get a diagnosis he desperately needed. He would have waited for at least 18 months on the NHS which by this time his condition would have worsened. I know the NHS are stretched however giving my grandad a 10 minute over the phone consultation and ‘diagnosing’ him wasn’t good enough. Dr Ghosh was so calming and respectful of my grandads needs. He carried out a thorough examination along with blood tests etc to enable to provide my grandad with his diagnosis. The staff on the front desk are so kind, the environment is relaxing and I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Dr Ghosh, for everything ☺️

I called twice to get a quotation on some tests and an appointment. They struggled to get this together. So, I had some tests done with a different provider. I attended the Liverpool clinic for a cervical smear test. I have had some severely traumatic experiences via the NHS, both in administration of the test itself and in the delivery of the results. My experiences with the NHS were so bad that I could not face another NHS smear (telling the nurses how bad my experiences had been seemed to just make them more determined to be even worse), but I was aware of the importance of a smear test, so I decided to use a private service. Ghosh were highly recommended online and had a fast turnaround for results, so despite the journey from East Anglia to Liverpool, I chose to visit their clinic. From the initial phone call with the receptionist, to the reminder emails to the "checking in" at the clinic itself, Ghosh were flawless; friendly, professional and discreet. Due to previous unpleasant issues, I wanted my partner as the point of contact rather than myself - Ghosh had no problem with this at all. The appointment itself was on time (when can you say that about the NHS!) and the nurse was friendly and welcoming. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure. She explained exactly what would be happening, and for the first time ever with a smear, it was merely a little uncomfortable, as opposed to teeth grindingly awful. This apparently is likely to be because the NHS often just have one length of speculum, and tend to "make it work" as opposed to deciding on a case by case basis - if they used longer speculums (which are more expensive) it would often be much less painful. This was also the first smear test I'd had where the nurse didn't cause bleeding collecting the sample. I was informed that not only would my sample be checked for HPV but for abnormal cell changes, too. Kim informed me that the NHS check for HPV - if there is no HPV then the NHS do not check the same for cell changes since cell changes without HPV is unlikely. However, it is possible to have cell changes caused by HPV that remain after the HPV is destroyed by the immune system. This means there would be a negative result for HPV...so the NHS would not test for cell changes. This was really quite disturbing to hear, but can be seen on the NHS website, so is patently true, and something that I - and I imagine many women - are unaware of, since the perceived wisdom is that the test is for cell changes, not simply HPV. Having been tested on a Friday, my results were back in ten days (including two weekends and a bank holiday). I was sent the actual test results, which were clear and simple to understand, however I am sure if I had needed any further interpretation I could have called and received it. Of course, one can argue that the NHS should be better funded so that companies like Ghosh aren't needed, and I appreciate that private health care is not within everyone's reach. But it isn't better funded and for many women, NHS smear tests are a three yearly horror show. Kim and the Ghosh team have meant that I can feel reassured about my health - that my cell sample was clear, not just that I don't have HPV, and I will be returning when my next test is due. I would highly recommend them to any woman feeling nervous about a smear, or about the current eight week wait for results.

Mum used this clinic after receiving a terminal pancreatic cancer diagnosis. Dr Gosh, Sarah and all of the reception team were amazing and an absolute integral part of Mum's support team. The Mega C drip would lift her up when she was at her lowest, following the days post chemotherapy session. She felt great on the immediate days following the IV drip. On reflection, the appointments would provide the motivation to leave the house when she might not have initially felt up to it. She would come out a new person, with more energy and positivity, it was a joy to witness, and for a time we'd have Mum back. We used the drip to alleviate symptoms after each chemotherapy session, and they were great at doing this. We would have an appointment once every other week, and for one month we had them once a week. If we were to do things differently; we might have had multiple drips per week intensively for a month, having a 75g dose instead of a 50g, followed by a period of time off.

taking of swabs at Clinic was excellent however certificate from lab was not sent by the alloted time and I had to spend 2 hours chasing Ghosh via Instagram and Facebook as telephone lunes where not open on Public holiday. Eventually 1st so called certificate arrived which was completely erroneous sent as a word document without any barcode. All in all 5 star for clinic -1 for laboratory.

This was not the first time I have used Ghosh Medical , fantastic service got exactly what I expected , had also tried another company for ny day 2,5,8 tests through postal service (Royal Mail ) to save me travelling out 3 times . This was awful clearly they were too busy and fell short was what I expected . Royal Mail were blamed however they give you access to test packages being tracked it was not Royal Mail .
