Despite Christmas and New Year rush, I faced no issue in getting my fit to fly certificate much before my flight. The staff was very cordial and there was no rush at the clinic. Help line staff was also very generous and helpful. Just a tip - keep calling the call centre if it does not connect in first attempt. A bit follow-up is better for anxious people. Completely satisfied and would recommend to use Bond Street clinic.

Ordered my day 2 test but unfortunately never arrived. Walked to them with my reference number and they asked me to come back on day 2. Went next day used my reference number and they handed me a new one. When registering my results it recognized my replacement kit easily.

Used for a fit to fly PCR and a lateral flow kit to take away. Booked and entered details online, queued briefly outside the test centre, went in, booking scanned, checked details, then given a tube and a swab taken. Results came through next day, well within the time frame given. Also booked a Lat Flow test to self test before my return, picked it up no stress, did the test and followed simple instructions and was quickly emailed my certificate back. All staff were also friendly. I’d use this service again with no hesitation.

Quick, efficient and super easy. Book online, fill in the details get a QR code, show up, swab and you're out. Results in about 12hrs (and I paid for the 24hrs one). Walk in (without doing the online form) is just as easy (as that's what my friend did who recommended it to me). Staff are friendly, efficient and professional the whole office trip was <5mins and so was the online bit. Got my fit-to-fly certificate which I could upload to Verifly and it all got accepted pretty quickly!

Very good! Hi there, It was a very good experience. I had the Day 2 Covid test and the Fit to Fly test. Results came on time! The service was excellent. The young Ginger woman was extremely nice and helpfull.

I need help with my booking. Just paid my test for day 2 and 8. There is no phone to contact. Can't book at Website day 8!!! I wrote email, nobody contact me.never got the replies. But the bond Street clinic is the best!!!! They are extremely professional and great service.
