Very professional staff, easy drop in system for home covid tests. We brought here our test and they kindly prioritised it as it arrived very late (2 days after we were supposed to take it) and we got the result in less than 12 hours.

Test are ok. Got the test results after approximately 20 hours. Hygiene could be better. They don't switch gloves between tests (even between different families) and you get tested in front of the door, anyone in the street can look inside.

Impressed with the service from Biogroup. Booked an in-clinic day 2 test for yesterday morning. Arrived early but was seen straight away. Young, professional team all very friendly. Paid to receive results by today at 6pm but results arrived in my inbox at 10:35 yesterday evening. Very happy.

The staff are polite and the service is efficient and accurate. However I would say that too much force is used for the nasal swabs, it was quite painful. I say this as a trained tester myself, I use about 1/3 of the force and have never had a void result.

Biogroup staff are friendly and professional. I had a test from another company (Damhealth) the day before and received no results nor could we contact the company no matter how we tried which caused me terrible stress. I then had to arranged a same day test from Biogroup in Hampstead as I was traveling the following day. The staff at Biogroup were lovely, and understood the pressure people were being put under. They sent out my results when they said they would ...on the same day. I was only sorry I hadn't gone to Biogroup in the first place and saved myself a lot of anxiety, frustration and wasted costs. There are so many cowboy companies in London making a quick buck from people's vulnerability when traveling it's deplorable. Biogroup is one of the good guys.

Great service and truly genuinely tried to help! The team is fantastic. Louis, Saga, Aneesa (hope I got their names right) really went out of their way to help get expedited results for a mess up that their website made. Recommend going in and getting tested or ordering your home kits well in advance. It took some time but we sorted it out and I had my results within 12 hours. Thank you team!
