Really nice to get a super quick antigen test without appointment. I booked online for 29£, got to the test center and waiting for 10 minutes before they could take us in (without an appointment). Got the result back in less than 1h. Staff is very professional and super nice.

Plus points, really friendly staff & quick test process. Early morning antigen test back in half an hour. Minus for PCR results time wait. I took a same day PCR as soon as it opened 8am & results at 7pm. Feels like they only start processing PCR tests after they close testing for the day. Earliest you'd likely recieve a same day PCR is 7-8pm (if done first thing), so is useless for any daytime/most evening flights.

Visited this laboratory once for my "Fit to Fly" PCR test during my last UK trip. Laboratory has a nice set up and "customer friendly" feeling. Making reservation and performing my test were simple. Staff members were helpful and professional. Results were available and sent to my email in less than 24 hours. Prices were reasonable and payment was simple too.

One star for their online service, five stars for their walk-in service. Hence, a final 3-star. I ordered day-5 release test kits online, but they never got delivered. The refund process took three weeks, not very efficient. As the kits were not delivered, I used the walk-in service. Polite staff, results back very quickly in less than 24 hours.

The website is such a pain when you try to access it on the phone. It does not allow you to pick up a country you traveled from so you need a laptop to process the order properly. Sometimes it works but 90% of the time is such a waste of time and they definitely need to fix that since I recommended them in an airport and people couldn’t get the tests bc they only had their phones.

Very good experience! Friendly staffs explained the process patiently and are super nice all the time. The result come out really fast. I booked a next day test and took it around 1 pm. The result came out at 8 pm at the same day!

It has a little desk for receptionist, a few chairs to wait your turn and the guy doing samples was very efficient and did it professionally. Results came back as promised within 24h. Went there to get fit to fly certificate. Will definitely use again.

Great staff - I have been here multiple times with my family of 4 over the last few months. Setup is super slick, typically get all 4 family members documents checked and samples taken < 10 minutes.

It does seem when you arrive that you are in a caffè rather than in a place to collect biological samples but it turned out to have friendly staff and my results in my inbox after less than 24 hours. Its the cheapest I found and they are fast and friendly so as always the appearance can be misleading ...Will use it again for sure

We booked at Shoreditch for my mum next day fit to fly test and the staff were very friendly and we were in and out less than 5 minutes. They were very kind and friendly, my mum didn't feel any pressure. We had booked but couldn't pay online so we paid in there 75 pounds for next day. It was the cheapest price near Central London. We got her result around 18.00 pm the next day and flew with no issues.

I had been on the phone waiting for an advisor to answer the phone, for around 25-30 mins, and whilst doing that, I had been checking these reviews. Because many reviews stated that Biogroup don't pick up their calls, I was wondering if I had made a mistake booking with them. However, the Shoreditch team answered the call, were polite and helpful. Other than the long wait, my experience was fine.

This COVID testing facility seems to be in an old pub. Booking for test was very convenient via Internet. Friendly welcome, test results for PCR test the same day (if you have appointment in the morning).
