M. H.I originally ordered my Day 2 COVID test from G 16 to be delivered to my hotel upon my arrival in London. When it didn't show, and G 16 wasn't responsive - I searched for a local clinic and went to London COVID Testing clinic in Victoria. They accepted walk ins and I had my test within minutes. For my departure, I needed to obtain a PCR COVID test within 24 hrs of my boarding. Many of the clinics were charging huge amounts except London COViD Testing. I returned to the Victoria Clinic as a walk in and they helped me complete the test. I was sent my certificate within 10 hrs. The certificate actually had the incorrect time of test which appeared too early per my departure requirements. I sent an email with a request to correct and I received a response and corrected certificate within the hour. AMAZING response time! I am so pleased with how this clinic took care of me and was so responsive to my needs.
I highly recommend them. By the way, my test kit from G 16 ending up arriving the day I was departing London. I will never use G 16 again.
