Had concerns about how quick this would all be having read terrible reviews of other suppliers but this was excellent on all accounts. Time slots not over booked so walked in on time and was seen in 5 minutes. Front desk staff were great - not one word robots but pleasant and helpful people. Email confirmations all came through as advised and then earlier than the 24hr window the results came. Win!

Got my results within 14 hours - Very quick and amazing service. The staff was super friendly. The only concern is to find this place which is little difficult especially when you are looking at google maps for directions. It is Baltimore Building but back side ( main door entrance is not required ). It is a commercial property just around the building main entrance ( right side if you are exiting the building ). If any issues check my photos for maps.

Got tested today, u arrived 20 minutes early which was no issue they took the test early. I was supposed to get my pcr results back in 12-14 hours, the results were back in 2 hours! This was a nice surprise and prevented a stressful wait for the results. Great service!

A surprisingly great process from Randox, credit where credit is due. The staff were friendly, the PCR test administered was the most careful and attentive one I've ever received. I was in and out within 3 minutes (8:20am) and had the results by 16:30 same day. Would highly recommend (which I never thought I'd say, given some terrible Day2,5,8 experiences).

Had my rapid antigen swab at the arranged hour, results came in to my email within 30 minutes after swab was taken. The place seems to be overstaffed and the staff not so well organised, everything went smoothly though.

We have been using Randox for onsite PCR tests in Clapham/Battersea Reach for our last three trips and very pleased with efficient process and service. Service: Very quick process, check in is easy with QR code from your order, they verify your ID, register your test kit, administer the test and you are done. You can be in and out of the facility within 10-15 mins. I even had an issue with my registration for today’s visit and the Randox team (Zoe and Ayaan) helped fix it and then called me afterwards to confirm it was done. I really appreciated that as travel planning is stressful enough and even the slightest issue could result in delayed travel. Thanks Zoe for going above and beyond to ensure that my registration was properly fixed. Results: we have only done the 12-14 hour results and have always received the certificate within a few hours and well before the 12-14 hr deadline. Facility: The Randox facility is easy to get to and well maintained, looks clean and everyone is in masks and protective gear. Parking is very easy using the underground parking lot of Battersea Reach. After you enter the underground parking, follow the signs for Baltimore House and park there. Look for signs for access to waterfront (on the opposite side of flat entrances). The Randox centre is immediately to the left of the parking garage exit. If you are out within 30 mins, there is no parking charge. Each time we have gone we haven’t had to pay a charge.

I received my results in 1.5h(!), very impressive! Staff friendly, but the registration process once you arrive is very inefficient, seems a bit disorganised. Regardless, I would go here again.

Used them for my RT PCR test fit to fly for family and the service provided met all my expectations. Staff super friendly. As a tip, if traveling by train into Clapham junction, hop onto the 295 bus and it's 6 stops from the station. It seemed like a 10++ min walk. Also as a tip, if booking for a family, put all members under a single booking (Add option) and use a single email on the website. We arrived at 7am for our 720am booking and we were whizzed through the entire process, all in all took us 15 minutes for 4 people. Test results emailed as pdf in <3 hrs as promised and service which I paid for.

Had my PCR-RT test here back in late January for a flight to Dubai whom require one 48 hours before departure. Quick service, friendly staff, and a nice peaceful location by the river. Got my results early the next day, which included a PDF that I could show airport staff.
