I had a visit to my house. Very informative and helpful when booking on the phone and got a test booked quickly. The test experience was very pleasant. The whole process was positive and quick with minimal hassle and I felt safe at all times. Staff were lovely. Results were with me within a couple of days Would come to crystal health again and recommend to anyone looking :)

I completed a Pre-Employment drug test with Crystal Health and from the experience, I would highly recommend them. It was my first time doing a drug test and Crystal Health made the experience pleasant by being very informative and helpful with the enquiries I had. The staff on the phone were very caring and knowledgeable in this field. Overall, I had a positive experience with Crystal Health and they were also very quick with the results with little hassle and complications.

A chain of custody urine test was required in order to be able to start on a particular medication. Everyone we have had contact with at Crystal Health, whether it be by phone, email, or in person at the time of the test, has been a consumate professional, efficient and friendly and we could not recommend them highly enough. And the test results came through very quickly. Thanks again to the whole team, a very well run and organised company with great customer support. Thank you again.

I would absolutely recommend this company for any testing. I delbt with both Amelia & Emma two very lovely girls and a credit to Crystal Health. Both very clued up and very professional. I've got to say the price in comparison to other companies is more than fair. I received my result extremely swiftly. If you looking for testing, do not hesitate to contact them.

The whole experience was positive. I asked at the last minute for a service and they were able to help. Really great professional service, was very good at explaining everything to me. I had the 3 month alcohol test at my home visit that suited me as i don't drive. A fantastic and very comfortable experience. I had a hair test as part of getting my driving licence reinstated and what could've easily been a difficult experience was made so easy. Worth pointing out that the test truly represented my intake while other, more easily available ones did not. Worth getting the job done right if you need it to be correct.
