Epistem promised me that the results would be delivered the same day and within 8-9 hours of having dropped off my PCR test I received my result and was able to fly the next day. I will be using their services for any future needs :) excellent service

I have used Epistem's services many times now. I found the website easy to use and the process from ordering the tests to getting the results very smooth. On a couple of occasions I wanted to clarify some details and the team on the end of the phone are so helpful and incredibly patient in what can be a nerve racking process in the ever changing rules and regulations. I really can't recommend this company enough.

Incredibly company - delivered my test results the same day (received by 5pm after I dropped it off at 9am). This is the second time I’ve used them and they’ve been incredible. They even amended my certificate late in the evening one night after I had incorrectly inputted my passport number. I can’t fault them at all and only have positive things to say about them.
