I was first drawn to Novita because their rings are made in London, and thank god I did. The quality and service was as expected. I wanted to send a personal thank you to the girls, they did a great job, they kept me informed throughout the process and the end result was exactly what I ordered.

I upgraded my engagement ring, when we got engaged lab grown diamonds were not around back then. If anyone out there is thinking if to go for natural or lab grown, definitely lab grown is the way to go. We literally saved 3,500 on our purchased.

Staff were really great here. Explained everything about diamonds and rings so that I had all the information needed. They were really helpful throughout and showed me every combination that I asked about. Very discrete service when calling and getting in contact to arrange pickup of the ring too.
