The service Andy Rushton and the team provided throughout was second to none and we were really impressed with the quality of the finished job. We've been buying containers for our growing container rental yard in Orrell, Wigan (HewittStorage Limited) from Universal at Irlam for two years, sometimes several per month. They respond promptly to our phone and email communications. We've had no issues or problems. I've just ordered another and delivery is already set up for two days time. It was great journey for us. we gone through hell with our local council. But Shaun Williams made our life extremely extremely easy. our last minute changes because of council was horrible but Universal Container didn't make us feel any stress. it was great. we haven't tested yet as we are still waiting for application to be granted by council board. Excellent from start to finish. I approached Universal Container's bespoke team to create a glazed custom size container for additional at home office storage space. Carl Jeffries & Shaun McWilliams & team drew up plans, created a shell , delivered quickly and on time for Wheelton Boatyard to complete the conversion. (Images show delivered shell with sliding doors, and clad, lined end result : workmanship the Universal conversion team are able to complete in house)The workmanship was excellent and price competitive. They swiftly carried out a minor lock issue . I would highly recommend Universal based on their professionalism and honest pricing . They were easy to deal with, and having received alternative quotes I knew Universal were the right company to work with. Very happy.

The real deal. You get what you see with this company. It was a bit daunting going to the depot as its absolutely huge but George was really friendly and helped me find the best container for what i needed. The girls in the office were really friendly when going through payment and sorting delivery, especially as access to my farm isnt the easiest. All in all tgey did a great job and im very gratefyul. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
