Excellent service. Just done my fit to fly pre departure PCR tests, so easy from start to finish. Super quick too. Thank you 20/30 Labs team, its great to get excellent service during this stressful time of doing all these tests to travel. Definitely recommend.

We booked 2/8 day tests, kits were waiting for us on arrival at quarantine address and results delivered within 24 hours of lab receipt. 8 day test posted Friday, Royal Mail tracker showed received by Lab Saturday morning and results to us by email Saturday afternoon- fantastic ! I would highly recommend 20/30 labs for anyone that needs Day 2/8 tests done for travel. The delivery of both my tests, along with my results, were both incredibly timely. The whole team was also very responsive and helpful in responding to any queries that I had about the process or the tests.

I would highly recommend 20/30 labs for anyone needing PCR test. From the first point of contact Chad has been so helpful. Test were arrived the day after ordering them and communication in between was excellent. Although the test were not needed due to our holiday being cancelled I was able to send them back and receive a refund.

Since 20/30 Labs does not offer direct sales of package, I bought the Day 2 and Day 8 package from Heath Hub. I received my package on Day 1, took my Day 2 test on Day 2 and mailed it on the same day. On Day 3, I received an email from Health Hub confirming that the lab has received my sample. On Day 4, I received my result. For my Day 8 test, I took it on Day 8 and mailed it on the same day. On Day 9 afternoon, I received an email from Health Hub confirming that the lab has received my sample. In the evening of Day 9, I received my result. The process was easy and quick.

Ordered RT PCR home test kit, great price, dropped off in the morning and result that evening. Great service! Have also used professionally and great team behind the organisation

I would like to put forward a nomination for a customer service award or recognition achievement for Mett who went above and beyond their duties today to confirm a delivery for a PCR fit to fly sample to be analysed had reached the labs in your test centre. Not only did Mett go out their busy demanding schedule to give direct one to one support to help locate my delivery but has now put my mind at an ease I have not had for over 1 week at least now. This is very much appreciated and will ensure this is made public on 20/30 lab reviews as much as you should ensure that Mett receives recognition for all that has been done.

Our company used 20/30Labs for a critical study that involved international standard compliance, strict deadlines, and highly technical test methods. The staff at 20/30Labs produced results which were not only better than the domestic laboratories we use routinely, but also went the extra-mile to make sure that our result reporting was translated into multiple languages. Highly recommend use of their systems because they know science and produce results with no excuses for issues - only solutions to them.
