Awesome company and staff. Very helpful, went above and beyond in fact to provide a solution do I can connect an in-line TDS meter to my first vessel that used with standard hozelock 3/4 in connectors.

I had purchased an RO system a few years, ago but hadn't used it for some time. Now wanting to get more regular use out of it, I contacted Osmotics Ltd, where the helpful Mark was able to tell me that their excellent records show that I bought it back in 2011, and he was able to advise what replacement filters etc. I required to bring it back up to date and useable again. Excellent service, very prompt response to emails - overall, highly recommended.

Truly excellent service absolutely second to none!! The team at Osmotic’s work tirelessly for the customer’s needs no problem is to big or to time consuming. I had a problem logging into my account, even on a Sunday afternoon in there own time they worked at it for me, and even though it was my own fault, they were very kind about it where other companies would have took a dim view of it. They deal with on line orders at light speed and always provide next day delivery, the goods are packed so well it doesn’t matter what the courier does they will be in perfect condition when you receive them. I don’t give many reviews but these guy’s really deserve it, thanks for all your efforts guy’s and keeping our water flowing pure. Big thank you. Chris Roberts.

My RO membrane container failed so i had no water production for my marine aquarium. I was unsure on the parts i needed. They emailed me back promptly with a list of all the bits. I contacted Osmotics as I needed an RODI setup for my reef tank. Having never owned one before I had a huge knowledge defecit and a ton of idiotic questions. Mark answered every one of them helpfully and promptly. Once I ordered, the unit arrived very quickly and was well packaged. This didn't stop the courier damaging it but again Mark was very quick to resolve the issue. Very impressed with the service offered and the prices were good too. Recommended.

From my first dealings with Mark and the team at Osmotics, I've always had great advice and service. They gave free advice and the benefit of their vast experience in specifying a custom-build pumped RODI system to reliably produce 150gpd of ultra pure 0ppm TDS water from a low pressure, 285ppm TDS tap source with auto shut off, flush and twin DI pods for a marine aquarium. After sales support, consumable supplies or just seeking advice have all been excellent. All equipment and consumables supplied have been the highest quality, at reasonable prices and delivered fast and dependable delivery.
