Superb service, completely exceeded my expectations. Test kit arrived the following day. Sample returned at 6.30pm, received by the lab at 11.40am & result in my inbox by 4.20pm same day giving me 2 without worry before my holiday. Would absolutely use again & recommend to others.

posted NYE, they would have received our pack in the post today (due to postal service being closed) - emailed me 11.43 am today to confirm they had received pack - 6.54 pm today had cert back to confirm results. I know they have said they are busy but top marks to them for getting the results out so quick, would use this service again, very impressed, New year holidays did not slow down the service.

I think Source Bioscience may have been victims of their own success. Like many, I booked my day 2 PCR after reading great reviews and a recommendation from Which. However, with the UK changing the rules, demand obviously sky-rocketed in time for Christmas and I'm now anxiously waiting (more than the 24 hours) to see if I get my result in time for Christmas Dinner. I came back in the summer and used a different company, and in comparison I was impressed with the despatch and ease of return with Source Bioscience. My online account and the email I received has all the tracking and sample numbers so there is little room for error on the customer side, but the processing has not lived up to expectations. Hopefully this is just a blip, as they really do seem to be well organised in all other aspects. Will update my review with actual times once I have received my result. *UPDATE* I received my PCR results last night, so although there was a delay, it was still only 36 hours from my swab being received to the results being released and was still able to enjoy Christmas. In addition, when I sent an email to enquire about the delay, I received a prompt reply assuring me that results were being released as quickly as possible. I'm impressed with the service received given the circumstances so overall I would probably use the company again despite the difficulties.

Incredible service. Highly recommend. I have been going to UK for several times during coronavirus and Source Bioscience has offered me so far the best service ever regarding coronavirus tests. I got emails regarding the status of my covid tests and really prompt results. I would use them again for sure.

I've purchased a day 2 PCR test for my dad via boots. I started to be worried after I've read bad reviews, but overall they were good at communicating when I had concerns and they eventually delivered results on time.

Here is my experience with an order (2 persons) of a Day2 and Day8 COVID test from Source BioScience. Overall speaking, I very much appreciated for their efficient service. Our Day2 results were available on Day3 around 7pm (within 10 hours after they received the samples). Since our Day8 was Sunday. Even we posted the samples but it seemed that the kits were being handled on Monday (Day9). Therefore, Source BioScience received the samples on Tuesday (Day10) around 1 pm. Thanks for their hard work. The results were ready just on Day11 around 1 am, while we were sleeping. Hence, we were released from quarantine on Day11 morning. During the Day8 email enquiry about the sample kit tracking. In particular, we would like to thank Sara who was really helpful and kept us updated on the progress.

I liked Source BioScience for covid testing after arrival to the UK. They send emails every time they ship out the test kits, and send an email when they have received them! You can post them via pre-paid royal mail postboxes. The tests and the results arrived on time, plus it was great to be able to choose which date the Day 2&8 tests would be shipped (minimising a chance they could be late). Day 2&8 are shipped together, and the Day 5 test kit is separate (you cannot choose a shipping date for that, but it was sent to me on day 3 and arrived on day 4, way on time!) The results were quick, they would sent an email they have received my tests in the morning (10-12) and then the results would be emailed in the afternoon (14-17) One point however, is that international cards are not accepted for payment, and upon emailing about that (they do respond to emails, and state, that they aim to respond within 2 hours - which they have done!) they could not help with that (however it could have been a problem with my card, not sure, you might try your luck - but in any case, UK card will always work)

Absolutely first rate! We needed a RT-PCR Test report before being able to fly and avoid quarantine at our destination. After finding there were only labs in London that would do RT-PCR and they were not very efficient, to say the least, our test kit from SourceBioScience arrived less than 24 hours after ordering. We took it back ourselves, as Nottingham was only 30 mins down the M1, the same day and had the results emailed back by 04:15 the next morning. The staff that greeted us there couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. From ordering a kit to getting a result with this company took a fraction of the time it took the London Medical Lab just to post a kit to us!!! Thank you SourceBioScience!
