I have been ordering from Intra-Labs for a few years now. The service is outstanding and the product quality is high. I wouldn't go to buy my Himalayan salt elsewhere. Recently there was a small issue with my order, I was able to phone them directly, speak to a real person, who was very helpful and friendly and sorted things out for me with a new delivery for the next day! There are not many companies like this out there anymore. I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you Intra-Labs!

Fantastic I have been using these on and off for a few years! Family man I make a lot of my Own Household cleaners, Soaps and So on as I wanted to be as chemical free as possible. This place is so cheap and the standards are top notch, i have to use Borax for Soap powder so i called them up ( A little Nervous) and the Ops Manager was brilliant, i explained why i needed it and he looked at my account and it arrived the next day.

For some reason my order was delivered back to sender and I had to ring up Intra Labs to sort it out. Intra Labs were really helpful and when I explained I needed the order before the weekend they sent it next day delivery and added in some free extras. Great customer service.

I would definitely recommend this company, I placed my order and got it in a matter of days. The package arrived damaged but the royal mail had placed the order in a plastic bag with a note saying that they were very sorry for the state of the package and advised the company to make a claim. I emailed intra lab and explained what had happened and the posted off my order again with no fuss. I have found this company to be very reliable.

I'm leaving this review because I noticed they have a couple of 1 star reviews and wanted to report my experience. I've used intralabs since the beginning of 2016, and I've never had a problem with receiving deliveries promptly. I've found their prices on certain ingredients to be very fair, often cheaper than other larger competitors, and I've never had any issues with the quality. Their communication can be a little lacking at times if you email with a query, but based on a response they posted on trustpilot, they're a very small business with only a couple of staff members, so this is somewhat understandable. Despite this though, as soon as you order you get an automatically generated email confirmation (as you would expect from a retailer), and I've never had an order delivered late.

I have only ordered twice from Intra- laboratories but have found their service to be quick ,and ordering easy. I purchased 1 kg of Xanthan gum for just over £7 which works out as much cheaper than buying in small containers from supermarkets ,even with postage added, which is also a good price. Have bought Xanthan gum twice and found it good quality.
