m. l.Having used The Watch Lab previously and received first class service,I had no hesitation in taking my "heirloom" Rotary watch ( wedding anniversary present from the wife ) for repair. The strap had snapped and the watch hit the ground, smashing the glass and damaging the hands, and it stopped working. The Watch Lab tried several repairers but sadly the watch was too old (no spares available) .I received a full refund of money. Although my watch was not repairable, the service was still first class. Recommend.
N. B.Hi I called in to have a battery replaced on my Watch. It required sealing correctly also. Certainly couldn't complain. My watch was ready in the time stated and may I hasten to add it didn't take two weeks as some Jewellers had told me. 10/10 for service and 10/10 for value for money.

Jenny Smith dealt with me, not only a very polite & attentive member of staff but passionate about timepieces.
My watch was sent away for a full mechanical service as well as the repair with the promise that it would look like new when it came back.
I have to say I was not disappointed, it looks immaculate.
