Friendly, local ( for us ) company. We had some communication problems initially as we were not linked in to their invoicing/estimates system. We have used them 2 or 3 times before to prune or fell trees in our garden. They are quite busy so may not be able to come as quickly as you might like. I haven't checked their website but I know they work for local authorities as well as privately. They have a range of their own equipment including vans, lorries, a chipper and cherry picker.They do some garden work in addition to tree work. We have only used them for tree felling and lopping. They seem fairly careful and will drop trees in small sections if necessary. Even then, a certain amount of damage around the tree is probably unavoidable. Tree felling and chipping is noisy work. You may have to wait for your final invoice unless you make it clear that you have to meet a payment deadline.

There was very big untidy palm tree in my garden and it was not easy for myself to do it, luckily I decided to ask Arbcore. And I am really satisfied with the work done by two young men in my garden. Despite bad weather that day they were working hard and left my place after tidying up, which was great. Thank you very much, Arbcore.
