In October 1999 my wife and I visited Jacksons Garden Supplies in Birmingham with a view to purchasing a ‘shed’ for use in our newly moved to home.
The company was exceedingly patient with us and having viewed the large range of building examples on site we were able to come away with a comprehensive brochure.
From this excellent catalogue we were are to refine our search down to one style and design and then – space depending in our new garden – decide on the size.
The building was ordered, and being close to the year end was delivered and erected exactly to our spec. in Mid-January this year. In the interim we had time to lay a substantial, level base for it to sit upon – out of the grass and ground to give it many years of life.
My wife was also able to choose from a large colour range for the outside to give it the appearance of an attractive part of the garden landscape.
We are totally delighted with the outcome – a Summerhouse (as we call it) – that delights the eye and will last many decades as our outdoor storage area for not only garden furniture – but also - and as important - our large selection of garden rakes, forks, spades and much more.
We could not be more pleased with the final building and the excellent services provided by the Jacksons Garden Supplies and their UK Garden Buildings.

Clive treated us in a friendly manner with no pressure to buy.
We found it easy to select the right shed for our needs, from the large selection on show and expert guidance from Clive.
The shed arrived on the agreed date, offloaded and erected in under an hour, with no mess to clear away after the team left. The picture for me says it all.
All in all we received Great service a quality product at a very competitive price.

The manager of the business really knew his stuff when planning the design and layout , window positions height and Placement of Racking etc.and we parted with our money with no reservations as we had such confidence in his opinion. The chap he advised us to use for the groundwork/ concrete base was much the same.... knew his stuff, turned up and did a good job. The fitters came , there were 3 of them, again knew what they were doing. All round excellent experience. Wish all tradesmen were the same.

N. L.I embarked on getting a concrete garage erected so contacted Jacksons Garden Supplies as my local dealer. The service I have received from all the staff at Jacksons has been outstanding at every point of contact and throughout the whole process.
Martin came out to survey the site and discuss options. There was no pressure selling just useful information and guidance on options that would fit my requirements. I had a battle with my local council but Martin supported the process throughout with drawings and information as requested even though an order has not been placed at that point. Martin visited three times to help with information for the council and finalising the order. A couple of the visits were very early in the morning to help me as I was not always available. I could not have asked for a better service.
On a final note, I have read a negative review with regards to Clive. I could not disagree more with the review has I have spoken with Clive many time during the process of getting my garage build and he has always been very polite funny and helpful. I am a Sikh of Indian origin and never felt at any point Clive had said anything out of turn or made me feel uncomfortable. In my experience he was always very polite and helpful.
d. s.i recently purchased a deluxe garage in anthrecite from jacksons, the service i recieved was brilliant!! all my questions were answered and and concerns i had along the way were dealt with instantly. very pleased with the final installation and service from the team that arrived on site and errected the garage in less than 5hours very pleased, i would definatley reccomend Jacksons and will return for a summer house next year.
