Proud Gardens were brilliant from start to finish. From the initial measure and quote, to the full installation, they were professional and a joy to work with. We had a full replacement lawn with artificial turf, and they did a cracking job - we couldn't be more pleased. Their advice was spot on, and the lads worked really hard to get the job done quickly. A minor issue was resolved in days to our absolute satisfaction. They aren't necessarily the cheapest, but they are one of the best - I would definitely recommend!

We decided to change our worn out front lawns to artificial grass and set about finding a company to do this for us. Having had 4 quotes we settled on Proud Gardens after meeting one of the partners, Jake, who came out to us and provided grass samples and all the information we needed. He took his time in explaining how the work would be carried out and we were impressed with him and what he had to say about artificial grass. The work has now been done and we couldn't be more delighted with our new lawns, in fact we are over and above pleased with the results. Very impressive and we have had loads of people driving by, when we've been outside at the front of the house, who have been wowed by the new lawns. We live on a small estate and so many of our neighbours have been across to ask us about the lawns and the company who laid them. The guys worked tirelessly and did a fabulous job. My husband, Graham, and I highly recommend using this company after we carried out quite a lot of research into companies offering this service. I went with this company after reading all the reviews and talking on the phone with them and when they came to measure for the quote. Men worked hard all day, turned up on time and done an amazing job. what I really loved was how they took photos to send into the office stage by stage so I knew I was getting a proper professional job. The quality of grass is great and one of my visitors so impressed they are going to have it when they move and so impressed by work and the photos demonstrating every stage they are going to use them too. I cannot recommend this company, workmen and quality of work and fake grass.

A Job well done! From the initial quote from Rhys to ironing out the exact details was great and came in cheaper than the other 3 quotes I had for the job. Turned up when they said they would and Rhys, Jake, Harry, Blake, Mike and Jack worked tirelessly whilst being polite and friendly throughout. Proud Gardens fitted an artificial lawn at our property six years ago . Best decision we ever made ..... Right from the start, Jake and Reece were professional , from planning to completion . I was a ground worker by trade a few years back , and I was pleased to see the right processes being used in the construction of the garden .... We moved house two years ago , and have just got around to the garden . We obviously had no hesitation as to who would fit the lawn . They have just completed , and the results are amazing . Just had back and front gardens done. Lots of companies out there claim to be artificial grass specialists. We chose Proud Gardens because they knew how to lay a lawn properly, recommended practical solutions to some issues with the project, they did not ask for payment up front (only a small deposit to book an installation date) and give you a 10 year product guarantee with the supplier Trulawn. Project started and completed on time. Excellent standard of work and courteous team. Would recommend.

We had been looking for a company to quote to complete all aspects of our garden project. We called proud gardens and within half an hour they were with us completing our quote as they had been in our area. They were very friendly, respectable, and professional. They answered all of our questions and gave us a sample to have a look at. The deposit is very reasonable based on the information they have to order your grass and get materials before completion. They made sure when they arrived everything was explained. They worked hard to get the job completed to a very high professional standard. Due to the nature of our garden they had to use a neighbours driveway at the back of our house, they made sure they left it exactly how they found it and we had nothing to do. We were, and still are amazed by the transformation and can't thank these guys enough. One of the main reasons for choosing artificial grass was down to owning dogs, during the winter months our back garden used to resemble a mud bath and we constantly had muddy paw prints and foot prints through the house! Now this is a thing of the past 😆. Why didn't we do this earlier. Can't fault the professionalism of these guys either, even coming back to sorting out a couple of very minor snags. Contacting Proud Gardens turned out to be a waste of my time. They had no time to come out to me or respond to my emails. I sent email with pictures, measurements and ideas but received no response for over a week (email showed sent) Called again and gave benefit of the doubt that email was not received. Then agreed to send details again via WhatsApp. After sending pictures I could see the blue tick that it had been seen but the written content that followed in my message had not been seen for near a week. I didn't even receive an acknowledgement. For example thank you and a time scale. Therefore how would I know you are looking into providing a quote? I felt this was very unprofessional for a company with such good reviews. Very disappointed.
