The 'Ronseal of trees', Trees Understood does exactly what it says on the tin, they understand trees the best. Used Carlos for several years and our trees have all thrived. Carlos and his team are friendly, professional, full of great advice and always do a super job at a great price. Will definitely use again.

Carlos and his team were amazing. I'd been looking around for someone to do our trees, after having them hacked about by two other companies in previous years who clearly didn't care. I had 3 people into quote in October/November time, and Carlos was the only one who said to leave it until spring as it was better for the trees health. He and his team did 3 trees, including a very large eucalyptus which we wanted to keep, but were worried about every time there was a storm. They did brilliantly (also strictly observed all Covid rules as they came back in spring 2020). There were several storms in 2020 including one that took down lots of fences. The tree was absolutely perfect. Didn't worry about it once! And the shaping of the trees was fantastic. It was a relief to find Carlos, as he was very fair in his pricing, and clearly has the trees interests at heart unlike the others I've spoken to/used before. Can't recommend Trees Understood enough!

We recently used Carlos and his team to tidy numerous trees in our garden. His expertise was evident from the moment we started discussing the scope of work during the site visit, and it was obvious we'd be in safe hands. The results speak for themselves. The dead wood's been removed, the branches trimmed appropriately, the annoying ivy's been severed (but remains in place for now to provide a comfortable habitat), and the squirrels can still sleep soundly in their dreys (which were left undisturbed). All in all, a first class job. Carlos will be looking after our trees for many years.
