My item arrived with some defects due to handling which have now been sorted. But again, not what I would have expected considering the cost of the order.

I'd recommend you get them to install it as well - although it looks easy to do yourself (it isn't difficult) - they take a great deal of care, took half the time that I would have done and it's nice to meet the people that created it. I'd highly recommend Verti-Grow if you're looking for a stunning individual piece of moss art that is totally different to anything else you've seen.
