I think this is a great place to go! There were a lot of beautiful plants you can by and also a lot of decorations! My favourite part has got to be the animals as they are all so cute and interesting! I really want a tortoise and I think this might just be the place! I just think and know that this is a great place to go with family and friends…

Christmas is being set up here at the moment..reliable festive displays are once again being constructed. Plenty to view in festive decorations and looks like they are just starting with the “Lemax” Christmas village. Gin tasting and cider tasting on certain days. Restaurant was busy +++ so we avoided but grabbed a coffee in the cafe / coffee cake concession which was perfectly adequate. We thought the food shop area was very expensive and the butchery counter whilst looking well displayed and fresh was certainly top end priced. Car park was extremely busy and the shop / centre in it’s entirety was pretty busy. Possibly we would avoid a Saturday on another visit! Unfortunately the toilets were rather in need of a clean (both gents and ladies). Disability access throughout with designated parking areas and staff to assist if required.

Amazing and very large garden centre that has undergone and is still undergoing a major makeover. The most notable change is the much, much larger areas that are now cafés. There is a beautiful and very large new cafe with panoramic window views and loads of seating as well as the original restaurant. It serves the most scrumptious scones and patisserie products. We had gorgeous cream teas with a big, willow-pattern teapot. Ordering these was a bit complicated as you serve yourself and you have to find out what you can choose from, etc. but the quality and environment and service were outstanding. Checkout of gardening goods is still rather convoluted post-COVID and checking out a large trolley feels a bit like driving a 60-ton truck round the Hampton Court maze. Otherwise fabulous.

A bit of everything here from the usual to the unusual, and it's getting bigger! with the addition of a children's play centre and other stores being added, this is a fine garden centre with a bit of something for everyone.

Thank you so much to the staff at the restaurant. We took my granddaughter there on Friday for a pre birthday tea. I brought the cake with me, but by the time we got there it was somewhat dishevelled. The put it right and made it look lovely on a clean plate, lit the candles and brought it too the table. Nothing was too much was too much trouble. Thank you all, you made our afternoon.

Nice place, with a nice collection of Christmas decorations if that's your thing. Staff very friendly and helpful but unfortunately they didn't have what I required, gentleman's country clothes. Great selection of sweets and biscuits etc. Well worth a visit with so much to see.

A bit pricey but they have nice things to sale, good pet and aquarium section, good restaurant, a really nice deli and butchers near the exit, but my 10 month old grand daughter and myself couldn't stop touching things, spinning things around, poking things lol, the wife said u'll get us thrown out in a minute, gosh lol
