Absolutely blown away with the service from Turk King! Super speedy responses from our initial quote request right through to getting the work done and everything was done to such a high standard. Ian and the guys were really helpful and their knowledge of artificial grass care & maintenance really showed. They were able to answer any questions as well as giving us information and tips we hadn't even thought about asking which we really appreciated. It's not even been done a week and we've been able to use the garden more over the last few days than we have all winter, our dog definitely approves of the work and is loving being able to play and not need to be showered off all the time!

Absolute top marks to Turf King for completely transforming my front and back gardens, including two stunning lawns, a fabulous new patio and beautiful porcelain paths, far exceeding my expectations (which were already very high). Ian is clearly passionate about his work and during his initial visit, he took on board all my ideas and then made some great innovative suggestions which really enhanced the project. Ian always responded promptly to my emails and calls with good humour and professionalism. The Turf King team, led by Lewis, are particularly friendly, polite and very hard-working indeed. They are thorough in all aspects of their work and pay great attention to every little detail. I was particularly impressed how they left everything clean and tidy at the end of every day, even hosing down all the paths and driveway. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough - you will not be disappointed.

Words don't do these guys justice. Not only do they have amazing customer service, the product and team are superb. So knowledgeable, but also leave everything totally and utterly spotless, wonderful job and very considerate of neighbours with parking and clearing up. we loved the grass and grey fired granite patio from Turf King so much, we had them back to complete the resin path to finish our house project. If i could give them more than five stars I would.

It is very hard to do this company justice in a brief feedback comment. The entire process from initial design concept and discussion to the completion of works was faultless and seamless. To highlight a few of the many positives: - competitive quote - all aspects of the design process were discussed - the work was completed efficiently and on time - the team were polite, courteous and very tidy - the director of the company kept us informed of the progress of the project at all times Finally, the finished garden was of an exceptionally high standard that far exceeded our expectations.

Just want to say a big thank you to Ian and the team at Turf King who recently transformed our back garden. From start to finish we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Emails were always replied to quickly, courteously and with all the information we requested. The team that worked on our garden were polite, prompt and efficient. They ensured that before leaving every day that the site was tidy, clean and accessible for our dog. The finished result has given us a garden which is a joy to look at and is exactly what we wanted. Ian helped us come up with the garden design, taking in to account that we have children and a dog. We told him our budget and what we were hoping to achieve. The team removed our sodden muddy lawn, prepared the ground work, built a raised corner bed and a beautiful decking area. They finished the garden with a pebble border and their excellent Majestic artificial grass. Thank you Turf King for a wonderful, low maintenance garden that we will be able to enjoy all year round.

We recently chose Turf King to transform our garden. Ian was very professional and knowledgeable and talked us through the process of the installation. He also was great at advising us on the best options for the garden. Lewis and John were so friendly, professional and hard working. They updated us daily on their progress and plan for the following day and checked we were happy throughout. They bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. The only access to the garden was through our house and they put a protective coating down and swept and cleaned inside walkway and outside of the house every evening. The results are fantastic I now have a lovely family friendly garden, the grass is such good quality you cannot tell it is artificial. We couldn’t be happier with what they have done and would highly recommend Turf King to anyone.
