These guys are superb. Meticulous in their work, individually and as a team, and extremely knowledgeable in all sorts of detailed aspects of the job. They helped us design the garden, and consulted with us all the way through to completion. We are very, very happy with the result. Magic.

I have been meaning to leave a review for Urban Jungle Solutions since they transformed our garden in 2018 but i'v been too busy enjoying it. Sorry Chris and team! Since lockdown this has been on my mind a lot; especially as we have been enjoying the garden so much these last few weeks. Back in 2018 we attempted to do the work ourselves having not much budget. However, we totally underestimated how much work was involved in transforming a 4 tiered garden into two levels (so my kids had a green space to play in). Chris and his team came on board and were totally supportive of us having a go at this ourselves. He came up with the most clever solutions to get the best out of the space and how to keep costs down. He was a fantastic project manager. We enjoyed being involved in this project but the real skilled work was done by Chris and the team and they were truly amazing. They thought of everything from simple things like drainage and incorporated seating solutions but also to future planning for the garden. I wish I could upload a picture it really does need to be seen to be believed. Chris has a real passion and enthusiasm for his work. He really knows his materials too so there were no costly surprises. He was great fun to work with and the garden looks a million times better than we ever could have imagined. Thank you so so much. :)

Our garden landscape job done by Urban Jungle Solutions, was our second job by them after having a patio laid to the front of the house a couple of years ago. Chris and the boys have certainly delivered once again. Their highly professional approach and attention to detail saw our garden transformed into what we had envisioned. The materials for the decking and fencing as sought out by Chris are of a very high spec. All in all the duration of the job was a pleasure and the finished garden is now simply stunning. Highly recommended all round.

Chris and his team were brilliant. They transformed our garden, moving a lot of rubbish, doing brickwork, laying small patio areas and paths and finishing with laying turf. They turned up bang on time at 8 every morning and worked very hard all day. They cleaned up after they had finished leaving the garden looking superb. We are so so pleased with the work they did.

Chris came promptly to size up the job, listened to what we wanted and produced a swift and reasonable quote. He and his team were here bang on time on the appointed day and cleared out a lot of old stuff, built a nice new deck and fencing and found sensible solutions to problems that cropped up as they went. Always polite and clean, left the garden looking great and charged exactly what they promised.

We had Chris and the team in earlier this year to resolve some issues that we had experienced with a "cheap landscaper". Chris provided great advice around what works were needed, explained how everything would be done and was trustworthy! The quality of the work that was undertaken on our patio, artificial lawn, path and raised flowerbeds was transformational. Chris and Andy were so friendly, courteous, clean and tidy. We have loved spending the summer sat in our garden enjoying the end product. I can't recommend Urban Jungle Solutions enough!!

Chris and his team transformed our garden in June 2021 - clearing out several large concrete walls, tonnes of soil, lots of plants and an old water feature, and levelling the area before laying a new lawn. They also built a wooden staircase to connect the lawn to an existing raised decking area. We obtained several quotes and Chris’ was very competitive. The works started on schedule (after a bit of a delay due to the torrential rain in May) and Chris and his team were with us before 8am every day. They were very professional and we’re really happy with the end result - would highly recommend.

Chris and his team are wonderful and I would highly, and will be highly, recommending them to all my friends and family. I wanted a new patio installed, a new fence erected and some fairly large shrubs removed. Back in October 2020 Chris and his team fully landscaped our garden. The quality and professionalism of his team were brilliant. We did unfortunately have an issue with a leatherjacket infestation (which is no fault of chris or his team). Even after the issues we had, Chris has come back to carry out the treatment on the lawn and is still doing this to ensure the issue is sorted. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Urban Jungle Solutions. In choosing Urban Jungle you can have confidence in the final product you will receive.

I knew as soon as I met Chris of Urban Jungle Solutions my garden project was in safe hands as he is a ‘Which Trusted Trader’ where I found his details. My project itself wasn’t easy as there was no rear access & all materials had to be lugged-in-and-out through my home but Chris & his team were exceptional & my garden has been completely transformed from a dull & depressing area into a bright feature rich pleasant area to be in. Can’t wait for summer BBQ weather & would definitely recommend Chris/Urban Jungle Solutions of Cardiff
