B.Took my 35 year old chainsaw in for a service (I've only had it about a month so wanted to get it ready for work) picked up chainsaw, used it a week or so later, pull cord jammed and wouldn't recoil, took it back in, they sorted it out swiftly. Chainsaw working and cutting perfectly, they didn't charge me. Good service all round.
