Joe & his team were great from day 1. The work carried out involved digging out to the side of my property, installing a retaining wall of wooden sleepers and slabbing approximately 25 square meters. They arrived on time, were communicative throughout and made a number of gñreat suggestions. They have cleared up after the work was carried out and the neighbours have commented positively.

JTW Landscaping have recently completed some work on my neighbours property. During the delivery of this work they were very professional, friendly and were very considerate at minimising disruption to any one else. They asked if we would mind having our access disrupted for a few hours (they were happily going to find an alternative solution that would be considerably more inconvenient to the work they were carrying out if we were not able to accommodate). As a result they then trimmed all of our bushes on the side of our property as a thank you and the time the disruption lasted for was exactly as they had forecasted. Professional workmanship and stick to their promises.

We were very impressed with the effort, commitment and quality Joe and his team provided us with. Joe kept to his word in terms of when he would arrive, what he would deliver and the price which was agreed. They have built us a very nice patio with careful attention to detail to match it in with our existing patio and the finished product looks great. We were particularly pleased with the hard work and long hours Joe put in to personally ensure the job was completed in time for our daughters birthday celebrations in the garden. Great workers. Arrived at 8 and left at 6pm .. worked very hard all day without many breaks although we supplied them with drinks. Price & the time it would take to do the job agreed before hand. We were pleasantly surprised when four men turned up because we didn’t think it was possible that it could be done in two days. Price was reasonable and didn’t change. Professional and very tidy workers. I would highly recommend them. Thank you to Joe and his team.

After having been consistently let down by other companies Joe turned up on time and really took his time to ensure that we knew exactly what was involved and shared some ideas as we were a little unsure about what we actually wanted. He returned a quote to us within 48 hours as promised, which we felt was reasonably priced and decided to go ahead with JTW. Once the job commenced the team worked incredibly hard and Joe kept us informed throughout the process, nothing I asked was too much trouble. Like any building work there was some mess and dust to contend with, but they cleaned up at the end of each day to minimise the mess. The finished product was amazing and everyone who has seen the garden comments on how lovely it looks :-) I’ve already recommended him to my friend as she needs a full landscape too. Many thanks to Joe and his team and keep up the fantastic work!

Joseph and his guys were all really friendly and helpful. If anything done wasn’t to Joseph’s or my satisfaction (he’s a bit of a perfectionist), or the plans changed, he would just rip it up and do it again. The job took longer than expected but that was due to poor weather and the lack of daylight. The fair price only changed from the quote when I decided that I wanted extras and we agreed the extra before the extra work was done.
