M. S.In the midst of having our garden renovated by another company, Richard was so kind to respond to a request for help and advice and came to offer his professional opinion regarding our concerns. He spent a good hour with us, until turned 8pm, on a bank holiday Sunday evening on his way home from another job. We cannot thank him enough for going out of his way and giving his time freely. I would wholeheartedly recommend Richard and put all faith in him to do an excellent job. He obviously cares about his profession and can only imagine how he cares for his clients' needs as we aren't even his clients. He has gone above and beyond to help us out and offer his professional opinion, advice and guidance.
