Decided to work with Fitrite after tendering the work to a number of different suppliers. Their Sales guy Chris really sold the dream and we were very happy to kick of a project worth nearly £17k. However, once signed up and ready to rock and roll this was where the problems began. The key issue with this business seems to be. Coordination and communication, the fitters we had were great and did a really good job of the decking. However, there was a key piece of missing information that seemed not to be communicated to them, the decking was supposed to be at garden level to avoid a trip or fall hazard for our 2yo and other users when dark. However, this never happened and was then unfixable because the posts had been fixed in place. The next issue was that we were never informed that there would be a gap between installing the deck and having the glass sides installed. This wouldn't have been an issue if not for the 2m fall from the back of the decking that would mean our 2yo wouldn't have been able to use the garden for the 3-4 Weeks between order and fitting of the glass! Helpfully the fitters created a temporary fence from spare timber so this wasn't the case. We then weren't warned when the fitters would be back to do the work until they just showed up at 0830 one morning just as I was leaving for work! Following this as we were not happy with the install at that point Fitrite committed to extra fencing at the side of the deck. However this took multiple calls and messages to arrange over ~8 weeks we were then not informed again when the fitters would be back to install the fencing until I'd chased and chased for a date. All said and done however, we are now left with a fantastic decking that we use all the time and while the little one has to be careful when getting on and off it won't always be an issue. While I would recommend Fiterite, I would also warn the buyer that they're a company that needs active management and communication should you expect a job to go smoothly.

3 🌟 🌟 🌟 because it wasn't what I was expecting. Installation was very good but they didn't have all the equipment they needed so day one of the Installation lasted 2 ½ hours. Overall it's a good job but...............

There were some initial communication problems but when the work started we were amazed by how hard the employee's worked and the end product is even better than we imagined . We found Fitrite to be fair and flexible.

EXCELLENT AFTER SALES SERVICE! Despite us having some initial issues with the dismantling and re fixing of our caravan decking we are pleased to say that we are extremely happy with how Fitrite have resolved the issues. Our decking now looks perfect again. Being a business owner we can honestly say that their after sales service was as good as the first time we bought our decking and would definitely recommend them over any others. Thank you Fitrite for making us happy customers again. 🥂

Could not be happier with our decking. From when Arran came too our house and designed it for us. Too when on the first day Lee came too do the frame work & Noel & Julian finishing things off with great skill & ease it looks absolutely amazing. I’d recommend these guys too anyone. We are showing it off at our next party for sure. Many Thanks again & I’d give 6/5 if I could.

We changed over from old wooden Decking to the Fitrite product. The crew from Fitrite East Anglia worked incredibly hard and talking to them you could tell how much pride they took in there work. Incredibally pleased with the end result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fitright East Angliaand there team.
