Dan and Ian did our patio last week and did a great job. We contacted them earlier this year, after being let down by another landscaping company that was dishonest about when they could do the job, and we were glad we did. From the beginning, they were very upfront about timescales, delays with materials because of the pandemic and other things and the kind of costs involved, which we appreciated. They actually got started on the job earlier then they had originally said, which was great. Whilst here, they very professional and fast working and the finished work is very good and of a high standard. We’re very pleased with the new patio and will definitely be using Elite Landscaping NE again in the near future. Have also recommended them to friends and family as we were that impressed.

Dealing with Elite Landscaping exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The initial communication was responded to quickly and they were thorough when they came to quote for the work we wanted doing. Every aspect was broken down so we knew what the estimated costs would be and it allowed us to change certain elements to work within our budget. Even though we asked for a huge change to our plan part way through, they were happy to help and really made us feel at ease with the changes helping to get the best out of our space and options. They contacted us just before the scheduled start date to confirm it was still correct, then once the work commenced they came early and worked hard throughout every day, I couldn't fault the work done or how well the process went. They discussed each step and option with us and I really felt like they took the time to understand what we wanted and gave us exactly that. The work done is exceptional quality and I'm so happy with it, if I ever needed any more work done I wouldn't hesitate to contact them first!

I contacted Danny after I had been unable to finish a huge undertaking of taming our conifers (due to finding I was allergic to them it seems!) and although he and his colleagues were very busy with other jobs, he did what he could to manage to fit us in within a couple of weeks. Conifers and bushes behind them all cut to a good height and shape as agreed beforehand and all cuttings removed and left tidy. Very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend. I contacted Elite Landscaping after having some paving laid in our garden which resulted in needing a lot of our lawn re-turned. Ian arranged a time to come and give us a quote and was here exactly when he said he would be. I had a quote within a couple of hours of him viewing the area and I was booked in within a few days.
