Couldn't be happier with the the outcome provided by Exteria. From consultation, through design, build and aftercare the team were fantastic. Jonathan and team took our basic requirements and built a space for us which completely transformed our outdoor living. Jonathan and his team transformed our full garden. We had a new patio laid with porcelain slabs, a large 4x5m gazebo built, and new lawn. The work is of the highest professional quality, and Jonathan's experience and knowledge was valuable in helping us and he was more than willing to help with all my questions. The follow up service was also first class. We had issues with some of the slabs coming loose as they were laid in winter when there was a heavy frost. I contacted Jonathan and some of the team came out that week to lift and re-lay the affected slabs. I would definitely recommend Exteria to anyone and you will not be dissapointed.

If you're dismayed by the general standard of trades people/contractors these days, Exteria are a revelation. For our hard landscaping requirements they were just what we were looking for. They have a great, polite and pleasant young team who work away solidly and care about things being right. They are marshalled by the formidable, no-nonsense Jonathan Crossan, who's usually a step or two ahead, anticipating upcoming issues. They don't disappear mid-job, they only work one job at a time. Problems are overcome without a fuss to ensure a good quality, good-looking result. Everything is quoted for in advance so you stay in control. Here and there I might have wanted a little more consultation on some details, but generally things simply got done well. What's not to like?
