We are delighted with the service from Jon and the team from Heavenly Hot Tubs! We purchased a Vortex Mercury Spa and Jon made the process easy from site visit to installation. Nothing was too much bother and Jon showed great patience to answer the million and one questions I had. I would not hesitate to recommend Heavenly Hot Tubs.

Jon and his team were great. They handled 2 hot tub installs for us at 2 holiday let properties. There was some date changes on our part which they accommodated without issue. The access for 1 install was particularly tricky but they assured us that if we prepped the site per their instruction they would manage to get the tub in and set up. We have been pleased with the service and the product (2 viking spas, both a different internal & external colour), wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heavenly Hot Tubs Group Ltd or use them in future ourselves

What can I say service was amazing from start to finish Heather and Elle went above and beyond not only with servicing the hot tub which looks fantastic but by giving us all the information about the up keep and even had extras we didn't know about in the van so we were able to purchase these without having to runaround looking for it the girls were so efficient but also friendly so we didn't feel stupid asking any questions we had as we are new to having a hot tub. Can't recommend enough and will definitely be using Heavenly Hot Tubs again

After hiring a hot tub from Heavenly Hot Tubs we decided we had to get our own. Communication was particularly good with pre and post visit texts etc to advise of arrival time and to check everything was good with the repair and service. When we decided to get a hot tub, we had no idea the how complicated it was. We went to heavenly hot tub show room to try and get our heads round it. They were so helpful. They took the time to explain everything, from the different types of hot tubs, the chemicals, to the delivery. We walked away with a lot to think about. When we were ready to move forward we contacted them through Facebook messenger. Replies were always quick. I didn’t feel there was a sales pitch, rather, they give us the information we needed to make the right choice for us. There was never any pressure to buy. When we said we were going to take time to think about it, they waited for us to contact them. With in a week, we had our hot tub ordered. A week later it was delivered. Heavenly Hot Tubs were fantastic the whole way through the process. They answered every questions, sorted out every detail. The delivery was easy. We were given all the information about the care and maintenance. Along with the reassurance that we could contact them at any point if we had questions. We love our hot tub and use it almost everyday. I would highly recommend heavenly hot tub. They gently guided us through the minefield of hot tubs.

Really easy to deal with over the phone and by email. Heather was very helpful in explaining my options and ensuring the tub would fit into our back garden. The tub arrived on a trailer and was expertly manoeuvred into position. The team set it all up with minimum input from us. I received a detailed email on how to managed the water including instructions for chlorination and pH testing. The Tub was in excellent condition and of great quality - with lights and multiple jet options. Having it for the week in the February after the recent snow fall made if feel like we were in a ski-resort. Truly unforgettable experience. Thoroughly recommend.

Massively impressed with Heather and Jon and the service they provided. They emailed us a reminder that our full annual service was coming up (very helpful) and now the hot tub is gleaming! Very thorough and spent a lot more time and effort than well known hot tub service companies. Fantastic service from start to finish. pump in hot tub was leaking and they fixed it no problem. Then discovered I needed a new circulation pump. They ordered and fitted within a week and tub now back up and running. Quick service and turned up when they said they would which is rare nowadays!! Jon couldn’t have been more helpful and very professional. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again!!

Hired a hot tub for my daughter's birthday celebrations with Heavenly Hot Tubs and everyone had a great time for that whole weekend! From the minute of booking to when the hot tub was picked up at the end, everything went great. There were no hitches at all and Heather reassured me that she was only a phone call away should I have any issue. After the hot tub was set up, Heather went through all the information that i needed to know about working the hot tub settings and using the test strips and chlorine floating pod. It was all easy to deal with. Heather and Jon also kept in touch by text messages to let me know when they would arrive to set up and then to collect at the end which made things go smoothly, especially when trying to sort out other things needing done for my daughter's party. I would definitely hire from Heather and Jon again and definitely recommend anyone thinking about hiring a hot tub to hire it from Heavenly Hot Tubs. Thanks again Heather and Jon. It was a brilliant and stress-free experience!

Had a really good experience through Heavenly Hot-tubs renting their Ben Lomond hire for 1 week for my wife’s Birthday in June 2021. I was concerned about the size of the tub and how we’d get in into the back garden, fill it & power it etc but Heather walked me through all the requirements & I have to say, delivery, set up and removal were seamless. The hottub itself was fantastic! Really simple to operate, nice clear instructions on how to manage the chlorine etc. We had friends, kids and even grandparents in the tub across the week and all absolutely loved it! They’re now trying to convince us to buy one permanently!! A big thanks to Heather and all of the staff at Heavenly Hottubs for making a travel restricted birthday feel as close to a foreign holiday as we can get right now!

We recently hired a hot tub for new year and it was a fantastic experience. The whole set up was hassle free, Jon and partner were very friendly and even let my dog join in the fun of set up! Jon was in constant contact making sure we were happy with everything. The hot tub was of a great standard, easy to work, very comfortable and with the added bonus of lights in the tub and a bubble function which my kids loved! It also came with a high quality gazebo with fairy lights which was a lovely touch at night. We were also issued with fun inflatables, a blue tooth speaker which also added more disco lights inside the gazebo and a bottle of fizz! When the time came for it to go, again it was hassle free and took no time at all! I would highly recommended Heavenly Hot Tubs.

Great service from start to finish. Ordering process was simple and straight forward, and any questions/queries I had were answered straight away. Delivery and install of the hot tub/gazebo was done with no problems and I was taken through all of the maintenance steps required which was then followed up with a guide (email). Collection of the tub (including draining it), dismantling the gazebo etc all took less than hour and deposit back in my account that morning. And most importantly, the hut tub itself was great - the whole set up of the gazebo, decorations, etc was excellent. Highly recommend and would absolutely use again.

Very happy with service received. Flexible re set-up time and location in garden. Quick set-up and clear explanation by Heather of controls for the tub. Got the 6 adult LED inflatable. Get it set up 24 hrs before you need it because takes time to get up to temp. It cooled down quite quickly once uncovered but thats expected this time of year, got a good hour out of it. They attended promptly at agreed time and efficiently dismantled it. Very good value for money.

I had a problem with my Canadian spa hot tub. The jets would not work. I called heavenly hot tubs and Jon the engineer came out. The impeller had sheared at the pump. Jon replaced the impeller for me.He was both friendly, efficient and informative I would definitely recommend Heavenly hot tubs and when I decide to upgrade my hot tub, they will be the first company I approach.

I had been let down hiring a hottub from another company on thursday 8th august for my daughters party and they were a complete no show...i found heavenly hottubs and contacted them to see if they could help me out last minute. Jon was great and he was out within an hour setting hottub and gazebo up so it was ready for my daughters party the next day. He was very professional and showed me how to take gazebo up and down incase wind picked up over night...and also showed me how to work hottub controls. He also sent me over instructions to my email incase i needed them and he was able to contact over phone or facebook for any issues. Hotub was clean and worked great!. Pick up on monday was quick and easy, water was also disposed where requested through pipe which was great and no mess left, my deposit was transfered back straight away! Would definitely use again! X

From first visit to install Jon has been brilliant. My wife and I had been looking for a while for a tub, looking at a few different manufacturers and suppliers. Our first visit to see a Viking hot tub at Jon's showroom was relaxed and friendly, non pushy sell, more good advice on overall hot tub personall needs , water care ect ect . In the end the tubs sold themselves , Jon sealed it as decent honest supplier. We came away happy to have bought the tub , and happy to have found someone and a company out to make a relationship for the future . Definitely just not out to sell you what they think they can sell , but actually happy to let you choose what right for yourself. For example I mentioned alternative water treatment , Jon was happy to talk about it informatively and with personall experience. Didn't just dismiss it as some others did. In the end we bought a Viking tradition 2 model, it is the biggest model they do , be we couldn't be more pleased with it. We will definitely go back to them for advice , and if repairs or servicing is needed they will be our go to company. Don't be put off by thinking this is not as big a company as some in Scotland ,you know the one's. This is a hidden jem of a company . You won't be disappointed in dealing with them Great service and very very competitive prices. Definitely come highly personally recommend. Trust me I rarely say that nowadays about companies
