I. C.I had the great fortune to call upon HSTS to empty our septic tank at a property which is in a remote location. Bryan simply could not have been more helpful from start to finish. Because there was some question regarding the general state of the tank and because we feared a blockage, I peppered Bryan with calls, texts and photos of the job.
To his great credit Bryan was always quick to respond, polite, informative and helpful even when I was getting on my own nerves! An absolutely first class service from a professional tradesman whose first priority is a happy customer rather than a happy bank manager. Thank you Bryan and Graeme.
