Highly recommend using this company. I got part of my garden levelled out and redone with the artifical lawn. Service was fantastic from beginning to end. They guys are so professional and tidy. Garden looks amazing. Excellent job.

We approached the Artificial Grass Company to replace our lawns at the front and back of our house as we had major drainage issues. From the office staff to the installation team from the start to finish of the project was excellent. We were kept informed regarding delays due to weather, expected during December and January. If you’re considering a change to artificial grass and/or landscaping work, you really can’t look further than Gordon and his team at The Artificial Grass Company. From initial discussions and planning with Gordon, dealing with the office staff, then finally Aaron and his team, who make the magic happen, it was a first class service and reassuringly stress free experience. Aaron and his guys worked tirelessly, from first thing in the morning, right through the day. They kept us fully informed of progress, delivered a exceptionally high standard of work and a 1st class product. We really can’t thank them enough. We shopped around and read reviews, if honest, paid slightly more than I’d intended, but as the saying goes “you get what you pay for” and our expectations have definitely been exceeded. We love our new garden. From mud weeds and clay to a beautiful garden that can be used all year round, something we can be proud of. Photos of progress attached. Work between photo 1 and 2 was done over a year of lockdown by me. What you can’t see in the final picture is the work Aaron and his team put in. Around 20 tons of mud and old paving coming out, then probably the same in core and sand back in, creating a solid and dry foundation. Finally the paving, sleepers and grass to make it look pretty. There’s still some work to seal the paving to be done (need a run of dry days) and some final touches I have planned to finish baskets and add lights and planters, but it’s been a fantastic transformation. I found this company did a really good job! The lady who came out initially to measure and quote was fantastic, she was very personable and good with the kids. All correspondence between myself and the company was handled quickly and the whole process from start to finish was easy. The workmen who did the garden install were nice lads, they worked well and seemed to know their stuff. You definitely get what you pay for, it was slightly higher priced compared to some of its competitors but I am really happy with it!

After moving into a new build one of the priorities was to have a useable garden. I didn't have huge plans for our garden, just a small paving area & artificial grass - useable for the children regardless of the weather. We contacted The Artificial Grass Company (amongst a few others) for quotes & after people getting back to us we knew this was the company we wanted to use. Their knowledge was second to none and they were the only company to provide us with a breakdown of where the costs were coming from & the process for the garden being done. The team who came to do the install were professional at all times, friendly & approachable. Follow ups after the work being completed have also been professional. I can't fault this company & I can't thank them enough for turning out mud pit into a beautiful, useable garden area.

Superb company to deal with from start to finish. We were kept informed of when installation would take place. They turned up nice and early and completed installation within 2 days rather than the original 3 days and it looks great. 4 x 8 metre Mayfair install. Install team were really hard working. In 3 hours in pouring rain they removed soil and installed 10 ton of type 1 by wheel barrow, and compacted it. 3 hours later the install was complete. Grass looks amazing. Friends have had to touch it to check it was artificial. I can't believe the amount of rain water the grass can handle and how quickly it dries up. 100% recommend.

Got my front and back garden completed in March. we contacted artificial grass company Scotland for a price initially. but after the first visit with Gordon and Ross then 5 other quotes from other companies this was the best deal and service by a mile. the most professional guys. jack Aaron and mark turned up on time and worked flat out for 4 days. they were courteous helpful. patient and consulted us at every stage. this is a huge cost. and not one people take lightly. the team understands this. the boys onsite were able to answer any questions we had and double checked we were happy with the work before we signed off. the transformation in the gardens is unbelievable. we cannot rate this company highly enough. ☆☆☆☆☆
