Absolutely outstanding service from James' team in removing a tree in the wrong place. They were courteous, helpful and friendly, gave me great advice on retaining part of the stump for a wood carving and went the extra mile by logging some additional wood for me. Completely efficient, they were done in half the time I expected and left the garden spotlessly tidy. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and wouldn't consider using anyone else. James from the company visited very soon after the initial contact and assessed and advised on what needed to be done, with a quote which was less than I expected to have to pay. Within a week or so, his team arrived and completed the job safely, efficiently, effectively, with minimum disruption and no mess or damage. James came to survey our garden and provide a quote within a week of contact. He arrived exactly when he said he would on all occasions, something I'm finding a rarity with tradespeople nowadays. His quote was extremely reasonable and didn't fluctuate during or after the job - another rarity. The other lads that came and helped with the work were all polite and knowledgeable - to a man! When they'd finished, they knocked on and insisted on talking me through what they had done and why - a nice touch I thought. I'll never use another tree surgeon again and cannot recommend this business enough.

We heartily recommend James and his team. They are efficient, helpful and clear the site of all the debris. We had several trees removed that had grown too big for the garden and then a couple of week's later James brought in a stump grinder . It was all carefully done. Although the machine's tracks churned up some of the grass it has quickly grown back. We are looking forward to seeing James again when all the leaves have fallen so that he can prune and shape some of our remaining trees.
