It was made clear to me during my first conversation with Hayley that there would be a wait time of several weeks as they were so busy. Rather than being an issue I took this as a positive sign!
Every communication, whether a text or a phone call, was friendly yet professional and I felt that I was kept informed as necessary.
Hayley and Darren were meticulous when fitting the gate, which was made and finished to a very high standard. They offered aftercare should there be any issues, having already resolved some unforeseen potential “problems”.
We love our new gate and I’m really pleased to have supported a small, local business.
