I absolutely love my new Urbanpod. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Ross was brilliant with the planning, design and general updates on the progress of the pod when it was getting built. Scott and the team were fantastic, despite last weeks weather (pretty much -7° for the first week) they didn’t rush the job and the level of detail is insane. We got a bespoke shed and pergola also built with the pod and this was all done in the 10 days they promised. I absolutely love the pod and can’t wait to use it as my office space. Thanks guys!!!

Right from the super-responsive initial chats with Kaylee in Customer Care, through to working with Ross through a design consultation which looks brilliant, the team have been there and helped us through the process. Fantastic job by Ross, Chris and the team at Urban Pods. My pod includes a golf simulator and gym so was a particularly large and challenging pod to build. However the work was first class and they went above and beyond in dealing with any issues and coming back to fit my squat rack. This was their first job in conjunction with Allan Scott at Golf Simulators Ltd and they worked very well together. Allan’s work is also extremely high quality and he goes above and beyond. The HD golf screen and projector means that the pod now doubles as a home cinema to the delight of the rest of the family! Well done all.

Our stunning Massimo urbanpod was recently installed massive thank you everyone at Urbanpods, you have blown us away from start to finish! We spent a bit of time researching and looking through the urbanpod Instagram page where you can see the installations looked incredible and far surpassed anything else we had looked at. We followed up with a visit to the showroom and this is where the pods really sell themselves as the standard of finishing is exceptional. However if there was any doubt after speaking with both Justine and Ross there wouldn’t be! Both have great passion which gives you loads of confidence you’re making the right choice. Ross produces a digital design after a visit to your home which will give you an initial view of your end result this was brilliant for us as we find it quite hard to visualise so this took all that away and again confidence you’re dealing with an extremely professional business. From here it was genuinely an easy decision to go forward and purchase. You will have a few visits from this point to the showroom to finalise your design, select your optional extras and agree where you want your sockets etc. after that it’s just a case of sitting back and being excited for your installation! Little touches along the journey were very classy from the guys, the welcome hamper after your purchase and again after completion of your pod! The courtesy emails keeping you in the loop, any questions we had or any further information we wanted was never a problem and promptly answered. Our installation was carried out in some extremely poor weather, it was hard not to feel sorry for the guys but they were extremely professional and done an amazing job. Can’t thank them enough. We were looking to have our garden landscaped to accommodate the pod. If anyone is in the same position I can’t recommend Gary Ormiston enough. Justine recommended them to us and he’s also done an incredible job for us. So in that respect again I can’t thank Urbanpods enough not only have we got this incredible pod but thanks to your recommendation we got a great landscaping team to transform our garden!

Absolutely love our Urbanpod. Chris and the team did a fantastic job. Very professional , friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Couldn't believe the amount of materials that go into the pod , it's the same as a new build property. I have been working in the pod for 2 weeks now and the temperature is perfect, for the colder days its got wifi ended heating , for darker days wifi enabled lights. They have really thought of everything, it's perfect!

The whole process has been seamless from our initial discussions with Justine in Livingston (sorry about losing the golf balls!), to the site visits and planning discussions with Ross who worked with us to design a pod to fit the space, to the construction days with Richard, Garry and Ali and all the others who were the pinnacle of professionalism and courtesy. They were amazing to have on site, checked in with us throughout, kept us up to date with progress and dealt with any queries or changes we had. We couldn't be happier with our garden pod. We looked at a few companies that were all similarly priced. However in terms of aesthetics and quality of materials and finish Urban Pods were the best by some margin. Also they were a pleasure to deal with. From meeting Ross for the site survey all the way through planning ordering and completing the whole process was easy. We were having a large amount of landscaping done at the same time and Ross was more than happy to co-ordinate the build with the landscapers without having to negotiate through me, however he kept me appraised the whole time. Even when the landscaping overran and we had to do some last minute re-planning as a result the Urban Pod guys took this in their stride and were able to accommodate the changes to the calendar. A definite 5 stars well deserved I would highly recommend Urban Pods for anyone looking to have a bit more space without having to worry about planning permission or building warrants

I worked with Ross and his team on a project in Livingston for the Team Jak Foundation. We were the main contractor on the project, and Urban Pods supplied three pods, one for music therapy, one for counselling and the third is used as a kids playroom. I am completely blown away with my new urbanpod!. I was growing so fed up fighting for space and moving my laptop and work stuff from the coffee table to the dining table to the spare room, it wasn't practical or professional. A friend of mine recommended urbanpods as she follows them on facebook and her parents have an urbanpod to, so I started researching and found alot of 'cowboy companies' out there trying to sell garden rooms that were nothing more than sheds! but let me tell you urbanpods are by far a market leading superior company with a superior brand! -Amazingly, they also collaborate with big named national House builders and a Designer furniture brand so this was also very reassuring to me! I went for the 'medio pod' as I wanted a professional and comfortable office space that can double up as a beauty room so I can do acrylic and gel nails without stinking out my house with nail varnish and this pod was perfect for me, the quality of the build is actually better than my house!! Ross was brilliant from start to finish nothing was to much trouble and communicated with me every step of the way. The boys on site were very skilled and professional and they kept my garden clean and tidy. I can't thank urbanpods enough for saving my sanity and giving me a totally gorgeous, safe, top quality garden room which I can use all year round. Thank you urbanpods💗

I have had my urbanpod for over seven months now and I think it is a great thing. I use it every day starting early morning for some yoga and to take a little time to plan the day ahead and then later on I enjoy escaping in the evening to read and get some peace and quiet after a busy day. Urbanpods were very easy to deal with, I got our quote the day after they came out see the garden and they were very useful in determining where we should locate the pod. It was the right spot as it gets maximum light throughout the day. The whole process was straightforward and the pod was installed in just over a week. It was a great decision as it has really added to our home and quality of the room is impressive.
