Fantastic Services did a phenomenal job for our front lawn. It used to be overgrown and totally neglected, but the gardener transformed it in a single visit. The call centre agent was very polite on the phone and took my concerns with utmost seriousness. They also stayed true to their estimate, which I must say has become a rarity these days. I recommend the company and will definitely hire the same gardener whenever the lawn goes out of control again.

We had the team from fantastic gardeners come this morning. The garden had not been touched for a few months and they did an exceptional job. Very hard working and clean. No short cuts and very thorough. They asked whether we wanted the hedges to be trimmed further. Arrived earlier than expected however they did a great job. Only downside was that they did not have black bin liners so I had to pop to Tesco and get some but other that that very happy.

After years of neglecting my front garden, I finally got it in order. I called Fantastic Gardeners, and they did a wonderful job. The skilled employees cleared everything out and left the garden looking great. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for garden or landscaping services.

*** Edited 16/08/21 The staff contacted me the day after the cancellation and worked with me to sort out a time on the weekend that worked well with both of us. The gardeners they sent were very efficient and now the garden went from an overgrown mess to back into being a garden we can now use for a BBQ again. I am very happy with the resolution and would recommend them to others for garden work. Thanks! *** Original 12/08/21 I can't comment on the gardening particularly. This review is simply communication experience. I personally booked a week prior for work to be done tomorrow for a 10am slot (Friday 13/08/21). I understand my back garden job was going to be larger (around 100 sq.m), over the phone I was given an estimate of 2 to 4-5 hours for the job that would be needed for my back garden. I probably should have booked for 4 hours, but I booked 3, but I also explained that only part of my garden really need work (the weeds) and everything else (lawn mowing, front garden) was optional to do only if we had extra time. And if the weeding took extra hours I would also be happy to pay for the extra time. However, I got an email today (day before my booking) first to reschedule for earlier (from 10am start to 9am instead) which I accepted. But not long after I receive an email saying my appointment was cancelled because they believed my garden would take 5+ hours. This would have been fine if they had informed me earlier the week, so I can properly rebook "correctly" for Friday/Saturday, or look for other services if Fantastic Gardeners aren't available to take the job. However they literally cancelled the day before my appoint, and I had already took day off work for tomorrow to sort of help and guide the gardeners, and right now will most likely not be able to be available to have my garden sorted for a few weeks. So while I cannot comment on their gardening services, I am very unhappy with the inconvenience for cancelling the day before

Booked this for my very wild over grown garden. The service was really good. My garden looks brand new! I took one star away due to the company changing my booking time twice and very short notice on the day asked to come 4 hours early, also originally quoted a set price at time of booking and on the day it ended up being almost double the amount as there were hidden charges due to tonne bags being added on which I was not informed of when booking.

I appreciate everything they've done for us. They laid all fresh sod, cleaned the flower beds, trimmed the trees, and even mowed! Everything they've done so far has been incredible!! Always courteous, punctual, and easy to book with. I don't do a lot of reviews. But these guys seriously work hard and get it done. Highly recommended.
