Graftingardeners have done two jobs for me now, pollarding a large poplar tree in 2017 and pruning a smaller cherry tree in 2021. Both jobs were carried out exactly to spec with a very high degree of professionalism. Could not recommend Adam & the whole team more highly.

I was truly bowled over by their work. I cannot thank them enough for saving my large, ancient and much-loved cooking apple tree which had uprooted and fallen. Had my drone stuck on a tree at AONB park ( in the middle of nowhere, or box hill to be exact) at ~35 m height above the river. Tried to retrieve it for hours with significant risk to be injured and no luck. Call for firefighters ( even they told me they are going to charge me) - they could not do it. Then I found GraftinGardens website and called them... At 20:30... On Saturday!! The guy came in no time, climbed the tree and retrieved my drone. It was the coolest man act I’ve ever seen. Got a quote 1 year ago to take out 3 trees but never went ahead with works. Very happy when the quote was the same 1 year later when I decided to go ahead. Got booked in very quickly. Adam was very helpful and explained everything during the initial site visit, he gave a competitive quote for reducing the height of a big lime tree, and obtained the necessary permission from the Council, his team arrived on time 6 weeks later and did a lovely job and left everything neat and tidy. Just brilliant. They really know their stuff and gave me some great hints and tips (also dispelling some myths). I felt that my beautiful mimosa was in safe hands whilst they took into account my neighbours needs and also my needs to keep my garden manageable. Great professional team. They came to reduce a pear tree in the garden and did a very good job. They knew what to cut or not cut for the tree to recover from the trauma of the reduction. They had to move some pots in precaution and put back everything in place, and the cleaning has been really good. It has been almost has if they never came. I would really recommend this company as very professional and efficient at what they do.

Very professional service from start to finish. Managed the planning application (as in a conservation area) then removed a large cherry tree from a London garden with difficult access, through a newly renovated house without causing any damage at all. This was the second time that I have used GraftinGardeners for tree pruning and the experience was even better than last time in April 2017. They turned up on time, were friendly, polite, hardworking and clearly skilled. Nothing was too much trouble, they appeared happy for me to review their progress as they worked, and ask for adjustments to the extent of pruning being undertaken. At the end of their work they cleared up thoroughly, checked that I was happy with the work undertaken and when I asked for the invoice to be emailed rather than posted, it was sent promptly, matched the quote and was the same price as the last time. I could not recommend GraftinGardeners more highly - excellent.

Excellent work by Adam and his team, he managed to obtain permission from the council as all the trees in the area are protected , all work was done with great care and skill to avoid damage to garden and surrounding property, the garden was left super clean and tidy especially considering the size of the tree, even the old leaves cleared up and neighbours have all commented on a job well done and extra light. The team were very polite and worked hard all day in the rain to get the job done in one day !

Gave Ian a google map image as it required access via the back fence on an obscure back road and I live in Newcastle! He found it - removed the trees - tidied up - put back the fence- didnt bother the tenants and completed the job within 2 weeks of me requesting it. Three young men turned up on time to prune my very overgrown wisteria and two bay trees. They were courteous, well led by the chief gardener, and produced a very good job. They climbed everywhere, had to bring long ladders through the house but they were always very careful and carried out their work efficiently and without fuss. I was recommended GG by a neighbour who had a lot of work done on his land I had very large Eucalyptus that had fallen across 2 gardens with very difficult access only through the rear over some garages.
