D. M. J.My favourite plant shop in London with super prepared, energetic and friendly staff. The selection of plants it's amazing and the new flowers corner gives the shop a luxurious and cozy vibe (not to mention the home decorations). The prices are super convenient compared to the London market and last time they even changed me the pots for the plants I shopped so I wouldn't do mess at home. Definitely recommend it!!
Z. A.You can’t be unhappy when you enter. It’s so gorgeous and uplifting to be around so many amazing plants. Small plants are pretty well priced to be fair!! An exotic small baby plant is £4, which is very reasonable. Beautiful pots, eager and nice staff, and wide selection. Bigger plants are spenny but a lot of love and care goes into them. They also sell cards and candles by smaller companies which is really cool.

a. a.Great plant store with huge collection of indoor n outdoor plant! Also so many pot collection and plant food! Stuffs are owsome ! It was my 2nd day Mr Peter gave me idea about plant food and also another female stuff (forgot her name! Sorry) helped me choose a HAWORTHIA ! She even got hart by a cactus bcoz of me! Overall very welcoming and beautiful store! Looking forward to come again 😀
T. S.Could spend all day in this shop. Beautifully potted plants are displayed 3 or 4 deep on shelves from floor to ceiling, meaning you can walk around and around and keep spotting new ones. Their plants are always really healthy, too.

s.Been there quite a few times plants I bought at other shops were cheaper here. Nice service everyone's all cheery, dog friendly. Bought some candles filled the place instantly can't complain.
D.The plant I bought was lovely but I did feel like a nuisance to some (not all) of the staff I spoke to. It felt as though they didn’t believe I was going to purchase anything until I made my decision and they brought it to the till for me.
(I bought a large money tree and it’s doing very well 2-3 weeks after I got it).

R. T.Five stars doesn’t seem enough, I’d happily give it ten if I could. What a fabulous addition to Camberwell. Great range of pots and plants, much nicer than your average garden centre. Lots of hanging pots and trailing plants to choose from. Also selling gifts (candles etc) and cards, lovely fresh smelling shop that really lifts your spirits. The staff are enthusiastic helpful and friendly. Just what lock London needs.

P. B.I recently visited this wonderful plant shop to look for some climbers for my small garden and wow, what an incredible experience I had! Such a welcoming atmosphere and fantastic selection of evergreens and perennials. I was helped by a splendid young lady called Esma who gave me some terrific advice on my own plants at home too. Couldn't recommend the staff or plants enough!

S. T.It seems like the staff don't like working here... Every time I come I get the vague feeling I've done something wrong! This is based on my last 6-7 visits, so it's not just a one off. It's also very overpriced. I preferred Pesh - it had a local feel and much more suited the Camberwell vibe.

If you are a succulent lover, this is not the best place, though they do have a small selection to choose from. There are different potting soils and compost in the back.
H. T.Absolutely beautiful shop. Lots of really nice plants and prices seem reasonable. Only problem was they didn't have the "wandering dude" that I really wanted! The assistant was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a different trailing plant for hanging near my home office. I will be back!
The loyalty card is a great idea as well.

A.Welcome to the jungle....As you enter take time to look all around you and take a basket just in case you find something that is saying will you be my parent? Regularly updated with new stock and willing to search for one not on display. Very accessible for local buses and close to Denmark Hill Station. The staff are very helpful.

C. T. W.Not just the best store in Camberwell (not hard), but one of the best anywhere. Like walking into a lush rainforest, it's beautiful and tranquil, full of lovely plants, pots and other items, making it hard to leave without wanting to take a part of it home. It might be pricier than a DIY warehouse chain, but the staff are very friendly and helpful and it is a great addition to the high street which for me are worth paying the premium.

Variety was a little smaller but prices definitely slightly lower than North London. An affordable place in Central London to get plants, especially if you're in search of more common plants like pilea, pothos, snake plants, monstera etc.
There was an issue with the POS system when making payment and they resolved it very quickly and cheerfully. Staff are attentive and I saw them assisting the other customers, so you will probably be able to get advice if needed!
Do note that this is a slightly smaller garden centre, this branch specialises in indoor plants (their biggest branch is the Nunhead one I believe). Very nicely lit, all the plants in great condition and a beautiful selection of pots. They have a selection of smaller sizes of popular plants (£3-£15) which would make good gifts.
C. S.I started off going to the actual nunhead one which has more stock but I like Camberwell too. Very helpful staff. I bought a calathea. One of my favourite plants.

My visit to the store today was extra special, thank you to ‘Reka’ and the team at Camberwell. They were all really helpful.
