Excellent service. The rug arrived promptly. Although the rug was beautiful, it want quite right. Returning it wasn’t difficult. I arranged collection and paid for insurance for peace of mind. So returning it wasn’t cheap but the 10% discount I received as a new customer off set the return charge. My refund is being processed as I write.
