After the usual trip around the amazon products with no change in my smell I found these guys. Bought the base soaker and whilst happy with it i found i still had a slight smell. I called the company and Emma called me back and gave me some great advice about the different products and there applications as my grass is a bit unique lets say. Very happy all round and a fast service to boot .

If you have a dog this is the best deodoriser for your artificial lawn on the market. I kept getting a dog urine smell from my grass and tried all the usual cleaners. Nothing really worked to get rid of the smell. I had spent a lot of money on my artificial lawn installation was so worried that in the warm weather it was going to smell awful. A friend said have you tried Top Dog Turf products ? Yes they are expensive but I can say that they are worth every penny. I first gave the lawn 2 doses of Wee Free to get deep down into the problem. I now give it a freshen up clean with Pia Power every couple of weeks to keep the grass smelling fresh. We can sit and play with our grandchildren on the grass knowing it is clean and smells fresh. I have already purchased more Wee Free Ultimutt ready for when I want to give it another deep clean. Products all smell lovely and delivery is fast. The weather has been very hot lately and I can 100% confirm I have no doggy urine smell. It is just the best. Thank you Top Dog Turf.

I purchased top dog turf for our lawn, best decision ever! It looks like a well manicured lawn, no mud, no bare patches. The dogs and the kids love it. Emma was great, very knowledgeable really made time to understand our needs. Emma called our installer to ensure that the correct method was used to reduce odour. Very good service, flexible about delivery time and changed it the day before as the build was delayed. Highly recommended.

I had Top dog Turf installed by a contractor, and the after care from Victoria as been outstanding. I use their Sub Soaker & Gel to really clean where my dog goes in one particular spot! Victoria as gone out of her way to help, email advice and even call me. Definitely a 5 Star company for after sales customer care, advice, help & professionalism. Nothing is too much trouble - would just like to point out the problem I had was through my Contracter who fitted the grass not informing me of the correct maintenance. The Grass is not at fault !!! It looks great & no more mud coming in to the house.

I’ve tried a few different dog potties but found they were substandard compared to ‘Top dog turf’. They are very well made and the fact you can put them in the wash is fantastic! I have been using Wee Free on my artificial lawn for a couple of years now, after trying almost everything else on the market. It was the only product that made any significant change at all and allowed me to relax. This year however we had a number of hotspots on the lawn that refused to shift. I contacted Dog Turf and they told me that they were trialling a new product and included me in their trial group. The new product No Smell is amazing! I was getting really depressed and this really cheered me up! I have always received great service and support from Emma and the whole team and recommend them all the way!

What can I say this product is amazing and changed the way we can enjoy the garden. We’d try over the last few years to find products on amazon and they seemed great but the smell would come back within a week. This has changed everything we’ve had it down for over a month now and no sign of smell returning. We used the wee-free alongside zeo stop. Purchased the 1L version to start as was a little dubious to spend lots before tested product but can honestly say it’s been a god send. We have a young family who love to be outside and before was making garden time hideous for adults outside putting up with the horrible smell. I did a fair bit of research on this, before i purchased from Top Dog Turf. And I am so pleased I settled on buying from here. Absolutely stunning and amazing company! This is a Company, with true values! I simply cannot thank Top Dog enough. The service has been second to none, and what was a little emergency for "Alan" was resolved calmly, rapidly and with the utmost efficiency. You see; we had just moved, and Alan could not manage to pee on the new brick garden. Emma, (despite it being 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon) managed to fix it, that Alan would get his new "garden" toilet, the very next morning by 8am. I cannot thank and praise Emma enough, and I cannot fault this absolutely devoted, and gorgeous company. The products ARE incredible! The Service is second to none. AMAZING! Alan is ecstatic and peeing all over his new garden! The grass looks so real, and there is now no risk of me walking in the wrong place either!! THANK YOU! If you are considering astro turf for dogs. I was having a real problem with dog smells on my Astrotruf and had spent a f***ing fortune on stuff that didn’t work the girls at Top Dog were really helpful and patientt they told me about there pia They talked me through the process and the Pia wash smells awesome we even used it on the carpets. ( we asked first!) Excellent caring company for whom nothing is too much trouble. I’d recommend them to anyone. I loved the videos and tutorials. Very funny and informative
