Ken repaired/serviced my petrol lawn mower and sharpened my gardening tools, efficiently and to an improved working order. Finding Ken was like finding our very own "Repair Shop' in the North East'. I actually left with a little tear in my eye at how friendly, helpful and kind they all were there. Thank you Ken!

After 40 minutes,and losing about 2 stone in weight trying to start my petrol strimmer I gave up and took it to Callerton garden centre. Dropped it off late afternoon and was ready to pick up dinner time next day. Ken explained what problem had been and what had been done to repair it. Strimmer starts 1st pull of cord. Very happy with service and fair price charged for repair. Would highly recommend.
