David, Aaron and the team replaced old fences to our property and although they encountered a few issues they dealt with them competently and expeditiously to produce a great finished product which we are very pleased with. Despite the long lead in time (due to demand on their services) they managed to complete the works to the originally scheduled dates. Additionally, during the installation works they managed to minimise damage to our plants and were at all times very approachable. We would certainly have no hesitation in using their services again and would highly recommend them to others.

Our fence blew down in Storm Arwen and the day after I rang, David and Aaron came round and made it safe until we could get our new fence installed. For the replacement fence, they arrived on the day they said they would and even messaged when 15 mins away to confirm timings. There was a slight price increase due to material pricing but this was clearly communicated prior to the job starting. The whole team were really professional and made a real effort not to damage any plants in the garden. Everything was left neat and tidy when they finished too. The fence is well built and looks excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We called all around the Newcaste area getting quotes and we immediately knew after speaking with their team that we wanted them to do our decking. He warned us that they wouldn’t be the cheapest quote but having a few cowboy quotes from other companies we knew we would be paying for quality work. The boys doing the work were prompt, worked a full days graft and then told us when they’d be back the following day etc They were respectful of our property and a pleasure to deal with. The work is just exemplary, we just need some semblance of a sunny day to get out there and enjoy it. I have no qualms with recommending their work. 10/10

Great set of guys. They made getting our initial quote very easy and happily divided the quote by fence and gate so thst it was easy for ourselves ans neighbours to know how much we each owed. They gave us a date and arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly throughout the full days, even working through their tea breaks as myself and the neighbours offered them refreshments. A really nice set of genuine people and we are over rhe moon with our finished fences and gates. Our garden is quite big and hasn't been landscaped yet so unfortunately for them, when they were working during the torrential rain it became a bit of a quagmire, but they never complained and didn't hide away from the rain either. Very hard working bunch and we would recommend them to anyone

If I could give more stars I would! Our garden has been transformed by David and Aaron’s work! The bottom of our garden was previously a deep pond and rockery which was unusable with our small toddler. The weight of earth from the rockery had also damaged the shared fence (please see pictures). Extremely happy with the work that David and Aaron did in my backyard. My brother recommended them, as they had done work in his yard 3+ years ago and I could see the quality of work completed then and I would say it’s the same, if not better to the work completed in my yard a few weeks ago. In addition to being friendly, professional and punctual, they built a garden fence that suited my garden. A garden that gave them a host of challenges. They had to contend with a steep incline, several tree stumps with roots and removing the previous heavily overgrown fence. My backyard is completely transformed, it’s incredible. They built a garden fence that suited my garden and a garden that gave them a host of challenges. They had to contend with decking, paving slabs, a wall, several fern stumps with roots and an underground drain. Throughout the engagement from quotation to delivery their communication was first class. They did what they promised whether it was to send the quotation promptly as they told me, contact me a few days before they started to check we were okay for them to start and most importantly built a quality fence that I and my two neighbours on either side of my garden were delighted with. There communication during the work was thoughtful with them informing me what they were doing and when they come across the host of challenges, they faced they came up with ideas and suggestions to overcome them. David and Aaron worked tirelessly to erect a new picket fence, board and gravel our large drive, new wooden post for a farm gate and a custom built gate to our back garden. Had an absolutely stellar experience from start to finish with David and team. From the off, they were the only company to actually respond to my initial message about replacing our fence in a Tyneside flat. Their competitors either said they'd call back and didn't show, or became uncontactable. David was proactive, reached out, and despite having a busy schedule actually made room for us based on the size of the job. From that initial call we got a very reasonable quote within a few hours of sending him some dimensions and pictures and then they booked us in after we sent them a deposit. He also worked with us to determine which sort of lock to get for our needs and was happy for us to purchase the lock ourselves for them to install. On the day itself (today) they were proactive in communicating, arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. They were done promptly, in good humour, and very professional throughout. It was a pleasure to have Newcastle Pro Fencing working in our garden last Saturday. Throughout the whole business from start to finish we became aware of their professionalism and knowledge. Its very hard not to type a huge list of superlatives about their communication, their work and themselves. The work was carried out above and beyond our expectations, and it’s not frequently we would say that. For example the end of the front fence had an end piece to finish off the full visual effect of the great work; the gate replacements had a holding mechanism so that when open it’s held against the wall. Both of these were not expected or seen with previous garden jobs. The jobs were done, on time, carefully and tidily. I know it’s very easily to to trample on plants when heavy work is being carried out but David was just so careful - much more than I usually am. A big 'thank you' for a great job well done. This is the second time I've used David and Aarons services (different house) They removed a very ugly, unkept, meter deep copper beech hedge around the property, removing over 40 stumps and replacing with a lovely fence and I love my driveway double gates. WOW, I never knew my garden was this big. The guys arrived every morning before 8am and worked hard till late. Their work is very neat and they tidy up after themselves. They even attached a post box in the fence and kick fencing at the bottom of our remaining conifer so that our dog is secure in the garden. Finished earlier than I expected. My 38 year old, 6 feet high, 20-odd yard long fence began sagging due to storm damage. It became potentially dangerous to passers by. I contacted Newcastle Pro Fencing and David arranged to visit on the same day. He assessed the existing broken fence and we agreed it should be replaced. I described what I wanted, vertical Board and Board Double skinned. He sent me a written quote by eMail, 'as discussed on site to remove the existing fence and dispose of it. supply and build a new 6tf space boarded fence' and offered a time slot the following week. The team arrived promptly on the arranged day at first light and worked solidly to dusk through the worst Storm Brendan could offer. By this time the old fence had been removed and the new fence was up with a single skin for security overnight. David suggested an improvement to my design. The fence was completed to the improved higher specification in a couple of hours first thing the next day. All waste was removed, all the cables and pipes associated with the adjacent Koi pool were preserved undamaged, and the site made good. I was very satisfied with the new fence, the standard of work and the price of the job. The hundreds of people passing each day, it is on a school-access road, are now safe again.

Good communication. Came out promptly and provided a quote. Arranged a date and time when they would come and do the work. Came on time and completed the work in the time they said. Very professional; had to come through the house so took the time putting down dust sheets to protect the carpets and floor. Would use again and would recommend.
