I was let down by several companies when overhauling my garden this year so when I came to arranging the new lawn I was very concerned in case I had another bad contractor but.. I have to say Andrew and the team did an amazing job of supplying and installing a huge amount of soil for my lawn and embankment as well as laying around 220 square meters of good quality lawn. On top of that he sorted my gravel out as well, amazing service, great friendly team, good fair prices and did exactly what he said he would do. Aftercare is also top notch. Thanks to all the team at South Wales Turf & Topsoil

Excellent service with great people and great products. Ordered and delivered on time by helpful sales lady and lorry delivery driver. I had over ordered the stones I required but not a problem, driver returned to collect by the end of the day. purchased 2 bulk bags of topsoil and some turf from south Wales turf, must say what a very pleasant experience great driver very pleasant,soil a pleasure to handle worth having it delivered in bags to avoid the mess.Delivered when promised enableing me to lay it promptly much to my customers satisfaction. Only fault found one 2 inch pebble in with the soil but i will live with that Thanks

Ordered 12 bulk bags of soil conditioner from here for Gurnos Mens Project. Customer service was brilliant, the delivery driver was brilliant getting it into the area we needed it. I purchased a small number of amenity turf rolls to fill in some gaps after removing a hedge etc. They were very helpful on the phone. Just phone the day before to get the order ready. Easy to find. Very helpful in the office and then I loaded the rolls into the car. Then the work of laying the turf. :) It now looks great.

They were excellent at delivering topsoil & compost. I originally ordered a large amount from B & Q waited over 3 weeks & then they cancel the order as they couldn't fulfill the ordered. The amount of time I spent on the phone to them was unbelievable. Castleton turf & topsoil were superb. Placed all the soil in bags tidy over my fence. After a couple of use of problems with the garden a friend told me to go to Welsh Turf The staff are very lovely and willing to help showed a couple of photos I was informed what I needed and greet the delivery came the following day started with topsoil two days later The turf Came the quality is excellent I won’t be going anywhere else when you get everything in one place you should try them you won’t get no better Kelvyn

Ordered 27 square meters of Welsh turf and laid on the same day. Seems very durable ie quite tough to cut and it has made my back garden look very good. The guys were polite and helpful and kept me informed regarding availability given the heavy rain.

Welsh Turf order. I was warned that the grass was very dry before it was harvested on the day of delivery. What I wasn't told was that the product had many holes, dead patches and moss on a day when it was in fact raining. I can excuse the dryness, but large holes and moss are disappointing. I guess you get what you pay for. Perhaps the Norfolk turf is of a better standard. UPDATE - 12th June 2019 To clarify this isn't a complaint, just an honest review of my experience. In response to Andrews comments, I've contacted the company on three previous occasions, and was told the boss is away every time. I left my number, but haven't had a response as to the type of grass seed needed to fill the holes in my new turf. I will have to assume this is a standard hard wearing type. As a positive, the turf that has grass on it is doing well, which is the majority (99%)
