We have just completed a 4 month project with Better Build and are not in the least surprised that all of the reviews give a 5 star rating. A challenging project came in on time and to budget. Despite often poor conditions, Phil and Joe worked on and were never less than cheerful. They exhibited all the qualities for which they are commended in their reviews; not just customer care but a depth of knowledge, breadth of experience, strong work ethic and pride in what they do that produces outstanding results. Now that they’re finished we are left with a sympathetic and thoughtful design brought to life by the highest quality of workmanship. If you are looking for high end garden design and first class build quality, you won,t do better than Better Build.

Phillip and his team have just completed our garden project and we are very pleased with the end result. They have guided us through the process all the way and are a very professional outfit. All the work was completed meticulously with great attention to detail and everything was left tidy at the end of each day. You can easily check their work on their website and the pictures are a true reflection of what they can provide. I have no hesitation in fully recommending them. You will need to be patient as they have a pretty full order book going forward - as word is obviously getting around - but it will be worth the wait.

We are delighted with the brilliant job that Better Build have recently made of remodelling our multi-levelled garden. Working with Mark, the designer, they came up with a practical and attractive design for us, that also took account of our thoughts and ideas. Phillip responded to our enquiry immediately and made very helpful suggestions to help us get the garden we wanted. After months of dealing with multiple local Landscapers, all of which required a lot of chasing for quotes, refused to lay porcelain slabs or seemed uninterested in the project. By fortune I stumbled across Better Build, and it was refreshing to meet a team who finally had a genuine interest in my grand design, who also kept to their word and delivered on their promises! Every thought I had was listened to and taken on board, with some professional guidance provided where I needed it, without ever losing sight of my vision. The end product not only met my expectations, but with their professional input, it has actually been taken to another level beyond my thinking! Attention to details that I and other providers hadn't even considered, made me grow in confidence from day one that I had chosen the right team! To me, I was making a significant investment, and the respect the team had for this was shown in every day work. Small details like cleaning the area each day after they had finished, ensuring I could fully appreciate the work that had taken place. Even taking the time to ensure areas where skips and pallets had been left had been returned to normal before they considered the project complete. Even follow ups after the work was completed, to ensure our satisfaction was still high. My recommendation; dont waste time looking around! I did that and wish I had Better Build from day 1!

We have used Betterbuild on several occasions for various outdoor projects including; a new patio, garden wall and steps, installation and build of an outdoor cooking/entertaining area including a pizza oven and a new driveway and landscaped front garden. I can’t recommend them enough. Very professional, always on time, very tidy, polite and excellent communication. The jobs have always been finished on or before the date quoted. Phillip and Joe are a pleasure to work with. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile, even when the weather is horrible. Phillip is very creative and is happy to work from plans or ‘freestyle’. We have never been disappointed with any of the work they have undertaken for us, in fact we have them booked in early next year to replace some old fencing and trellis.
